These are the only way to get your Vitamin D up. Trust me I tried everything shots, liquid, lotions, other supplements. This is the only one that worked after YEARS of trying.
I take one at night and one in the AM. And I haven’t been deficient since. Going on 4 years! This brand is legit. No bad stuff. And I’m one of those deep researchers that goes into a black hole on things. You will not regret it.

I ordered these for my husband because he is facing knee replacement surgery and his doctor told him he should take these for at least a month before the surgery. I read the reviews and they were highly recommended so I ordered them. I don’t think there is any way to know if they do what the doctor recommended them for but they are easy to swallow and have no taste. Since ordering these I’ve read about all the things Vitamin D does for a person so we will both continue to take them. I’ll order this brand again.

Megagenics brand was recommended to me by my doctor after my vitamin D levels were not going up with brand I was using fromCostco.
Well my levels definitely went up after I started this brand and are at a healthy level now. I take one a day to maintain my level. However in the past I took two for a month to bring up my levels faster. They are small and easy to swallow with no side effect even on an empty stomach. The quality is definitely there. I feel I have a more positive mood on them. I take these along with Megagenics vitamin B Glycogenics and have noticed an increase in energy.
