I took this a few years ago but was told that I had to get it through my doctor. It became a hassle so I stopped getting it. Now that I can get it from Amazon.com on my own, I’m back using it. Since I’m a Type 2 diabetic, I believe it’s helping me with my blood sugar along with trying to eat right and exercising. It certainly can’t make things worse!

I cannot tell a lie: this stuff is great for managing blood sugar. The fact that it has doubled in price since the last time I bought it boggles the mind. For a cheaper alternative, i take one Cinnamon capsule and one GTF Chromium tablet with meals, and get the same result in my blood work.
