I took this a few years ago but was told that I had to get it through my doctor. It became a hassle so I stopped getting it. Now that I can get it from Amazon.com on my own, I’m back using it. Since I’m a Type 2 diabetic, I believe it’s helping me with my blood sugar along with trying to eat right and exercising. It certainly can’t make things worse!

As a diabetic, I can honestly say this supplement is as good if not better than the meds the doctor gives me to keep my glucose under control (and with no side effects!). I found out about them a few years ago, and was surprised when I realized how well they work. Don’t get me wrong, I still take the meds my doctor prescribes, but when I add one or two of the MetaGlycemX tablets each day, I can really see the difference in the meter readings . . plus they smell and taste great. I cannot tell a lie: this stuff is great for managing blood sugar. The fact that it has doubled in price since the last time I bought it boggles the mind. For a cheaper alternative, i take one Cinnamon capsule and one GTF Chromium tablet with meals, and get the same result in my blood work.
