I think Meno works and I could def tell a difference in my perimenopause symptoms. I had to stop taking them because I couldnt stand the taste of the gummies. I wish they had a pill form that could be taken.

This was the 3rd product I had purchased to try to manage my extreme hot flashes. I was not very hopeful since the first 2 products make me nauseous. I decided to take one gummy after breakfast and the second in the afternoon to try to possibly avoid any side effects and lo and behold, it worked amazingly!! Only took a few days to take my hot flashes from 20+ a day to almost non- existent. Way exceeded my expectations!!!

These flavorful & tasty gummy vitamins do a great job of completely alleviating my hot flashes. Though they don’t seem to help with any other symptoms of menopause. However, the fact that I no longer have hot flashes is a WIN. (I also drink around 2 cups of soy milk daily.) The only downside to these is that they’re VERY expensive—considering that a 3 month supply of black cohosh is approximately $3 at my local herbal supply store. (The other ingredients are similarly priced.) I do like this product a lot & want to keep supporting the company that creates it. However, due to the high price, it’s likely I wong be able to keep purchasing these.

I have been on estrogen patches since I had a hysterectomy at age 44. I knew I needed to stop taking them since I am early 60s but the hot flashes were crazy. I stopped using the patches a few months ago and was afraid I would have to go back on again since I was losing sleep with the hot flashes.
I found this product and after a week or so, my hot flashes are dramatically reduced. They no longer wake me up at night.
The taste is fine, but being diabetic, it would be nice if they could find a sugar alternative for sweetening them. 4 grams of sugar is not great, but it is worth cutting somewhere else in my diet to avoid the hot flashes.
So far very happy with the results.

This did help with my hot flashes. It also improved my mood as well as my sex drive. However it does not help with my insomnia. The taste is gross. I chew them as quickly as possible then drink water right after.
