I’m not a doctor, so I can’t say what the medical benefit is of taking these, but they’re garlic and parsley, and I can’t imagine either of those being bad for you unless you’re allergic. The bottle has some smell to it, but it’s not overwhelming like I would expect garlic and parsley to be, so I guess the capsules are doing their job. They’re also easy enough to swallow. I can swallow two of them easier than one standard multivitamin pill, so it’s got that going for them. The capsules are also very hard to break open, so there will be no accidents in that sense. If I needed something like this on a regular basis, I’d feel like this was a good choice.

Both garlic and parsley contain several vitamins and are rich in antioxidants that help us to maintain a healthier body and in a supplement form can be just as effective as included in your diet. I’ve been using these supplements for over a week and taking two of these capsules with liquid during lunch with no garlic breath that one can sometimes get after eating garlic. Personally I don’t like the taste of parsley and avoid eating it but this is an acceptable alternative.

This product is made in America and is free of artificial colors, flavor, sweeteners, sugars or preservatives. They also mention in their ad that there is no fish in these for some reason but that’s good to know. The capsules are easy to swallow and are flavorless. I noticed the interior of the bottle was free of product dust which may be an indication of the quality and care of the product during production and packaging. I am pleased with this product and would order it again,

I just started on this supplement. I am happy with the lack of artificial color, flavor, sweetener, preservatives, sugar, starch, milk, corn, soy, egg, lactose, gluten, wheat, or yeast. This is good. It seems to be almost pure parsley and garlic, along with a couple of things necessary to have it in capsule format. There is no strong smell, unless you stick your nose in the bottle, as you might expect. It doesn’t seem to affect my breath, as far as I can tell. As a cancer survivor who wants to add more garlic into my diet, this will probably be a long-term addition for me. Less inflammation and some natural protection is my goal.
