I tried this gut cleanse from the Best Naturals Store. I liked the thoughts of getting everything out and starting fresh. I was able to take these, but I had to drop down to 1 capsule per day. The dose of 2 capsules per day was too much for me. It was really, really, really making me go. I had to stop that dosage after day 3. Other than that, it worked really well. With Best Naturals 15-day cleanse and probiotic supplement I did experience a regular daily movement. The serving size is 2 capsules there are 15 servings per container. The capsules contain Senna leaf, cascara bark, psyllium husk powder, flaxseed powder, aloe vera leaf, licorice root extract ,medium chain triglyceride powder, fennel seed, ginger root, and a proprietary blend of probiotics. This blend contains no artificial colors, flavor, sweetener, preservatives, , sugar, starch, corn, soy, egg, lactose, , gluten , wheat, yeast, and no fish. The capsules are medium size easy to swallow. This is a very mild, slow working supplement. A nice gentle cleanse, I did not experience any bloating, gas, or loose stools.

After 6 days of daily use, following dosing suggestion, I’m finding that this is a slow acting and gentle formula that appears to be working as advertised although it is impossible to tell without lab tests what the overall effect is on your metabolism. If you are expecting to use this product to quickly rectify an intestinal or other GI ailment, you might want to look elsewhere as this is not fast acting at least in my case. If you have severe symptoms, please seek medical attention.
