I like that these have a slight sweetness to them but no weird flavor or aftertaste. I usually can feel these start to kick in within about 10 minutes for me, I only take one, and it helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. In my own personal experience, as long as I get about 6-8 hours of sleep, I wake up feeling fine, but if I try to get up sooner than that, I can get a bit of a groggy feeling that takes some time to wear off. I’ve taken many brands of melatonin and I have to say this is the fasting acting I have come across.
The pills are a little on the hard side so rather than chew them I take 2 sublingual and they dissolve quickly.
The taste is not very pleasant, but it is hideous either so it does not bother me.
Within 30 minutes I am yawning and ready for bed. It allows me to get to sleep quickly and I stay asleep.
Upon awakening in the morning I feel no sleeping pill type of a hangover.
The price seems to be right around the same as other OTC melatonin products.

I never used Melatonin before so I have nothing to compare this brand to. But I will say that I normally have trouble with sleep and when I take this before bed, 99% of the time I have not problem as usual for me.
It helps tremendously in staying asleep and/or falling back to sleep after waking for say a kid, bathroom, noise, etc.
I highly recommend this aid if you have any troubles or have nights that you really need to make sure you get a good nights sleep for a big day coming up.

This is chewable melatonin. The flavor is a cherry flavor and isn’t the best taste but it is doable. These work well just be aware of the dosage. This is a decent price for the melatonin.
