This is the best way to take melatonin that I’ve found. I have a lot of sleep issues and have used melatonin pills and tablets for several years. Over time I’ve had to increase the amount I need. Last year I learned about this form of melatonin. I was skeptical because it’s only 5mg, but because it’s absorbed so quickly the 5mg works every time. I’ll never use any other melatonin again.

I’ve had atrocious every-single-night insomnia since October of last year for no known reason. I’ve run the gamut of herbal options, meditation, CBT, CBD oil with and without THC, “regular” melatonin (tablets/gummies of varying dosages), and prescription sleeping pills. Though I’ve seen some improvement with prescription pills (ie, sleeping 4 hours a night instead of less than 2), I have to take twice what’s prescribed to see that result. Not sustainable. When I got this stuff I laughed at the “start with 1/4 pipette” suggestion, given I generally have to double the maximum recommended dose of ANYthing I take in order to see any effect. I decided on 1 and a half pipette’s full – 1.5 ml (about 7.5 mg). I actually managed to sleep 7 hours. Somehow still woke up not feeling like I’d actually rested though. Looked at my sleep tracker – I had 4 solid hours of “deep” sleep without cycling through the other stages of sleep. So – 1.5 ml basically knocked me unconscious, as opposed to just sleeping. So don’t take more than the recommended dose. If it knocked me out – someone who is probably better suited to horse tranquilizers than Ambien or Zopiclone, it’ll likely do quite a number on the average Joe.

I bought this product at the recommendation of my NP and I’m glad I did. It does work a great percentage of the time. With the trouble I have sleeping, I don’t expect much or anything to work 100% of the time. My daughters who also has issues sleeping tried and went and bought her own. I’ve bought it twice now and will buy again when I’m out.

It may seem expensive at first, but one bottle lasted me 3 months, which I consider fantastic value for money.
As the title of this review says, the product WORKS. The delivery method, absorbing the liquid under the tongue, allows the melatonin to enter the bloodstream rapidly. When using digested tablets, it can take hours, but with these drops, I feel tired with 20min. Just don’t use it every night, because everyone’s body builds up tolerance to melatonin supplements if used too often.
I have ADHD and struggle to get to sleep because I never feel sleepy enough to break away from activities. This melatonin forces me to sleep because I become too tired to concentrate, even if I’m hyperfocused on something.
Highly recommended, give it a go.

It’s not just for sleep! Liquid liposomal Melatonin is one of the most important anti-inflammatory nutraceuticals in its most efficacious form! And “the burst of flavor” they advertise seems, in retrospect, like an understatement! I would give it 6 stars if that were allowed! 👍👏👌

I often find that 5 mg melatonin does the trick for me, not every night – but most.
My favorite is 5 mg melatonin (good flavored) gummies.
But thought I’d give this a go.
After all – the 3.38 oz (100 mL) is 100 serving’s and a bottle of gummies approx 1/3rd that.
The liquid has a fairly good flavor very slightly oily (sunflowers) berry / light citric –
not bad at all to take. Shake – hold under the tongue for 30 seconds.
Serving is 1 mg and the dropper is marked 25 mL – 50 mL – 75 m l – 1.00 ml.
Easy for those who don’t need to take 5 mg.
Turns out this isn’t as effective for me as I had hoped.
It does calm my head and relax my body a decent amount in 20 minutes
but actually, because of the liposomal delivery I expected quicker and more thorough results.
While I find this relaxing to shut down a busy mind and make my head feel tired,
it doesn’t put me out, and it doesn’t help me get back to sleep in the night.
For those considering buying this – you may wonder as I do why the label says =
>>> Take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen – while traveling – and at
destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern.
>>> Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hr after taking melatonin.
(So if this is effective for you to get to sleep – it won’t likely (5hr later) get you back to sleep.
