The melatonin worked on me like a knockout pill, but I should qualify that statement with the following: It’s winter in the PNW and it gets dark at like 4. So I am usually feeling pretty narcoleptic by 7:40, it may be less about the efficacy of these strips and more about my own sleepy disposition. I do not typically struggle with sleep.
The caffeine strips are a little less to write home about, but good if you need an espresso and one can’t be found. Note that these have 50 mg of caffeine, so a little less than a typical espresso and a good deal less than a cup of coffee (the latter comes in around 90 mg of caffeine depending on brew strength). So you may need two of these to get coffee-like results.
I’d say keep these handy for exactly the advertised use — road trips and long flights when you need to pack light and have a little help adjusting to new time zones. I’m reordering as stocking stuffers for my (grown) kids who are planning plane trips this year.

Strip packets are convenient size. Could easily stuff a few in a wallet. There’s a clear zipper pouch included that has a key ring for securing it somewhere.
Caffeine strip’s mint doesn’t really overcome the bitter flavor. The strip dissolves quickly though. You get a bitter aftertaste, that a sip of water helps with.
The sleep strip berry has the artificial berry flavor. Other tones are minimal, but nothing too unpleasant. The 5mg melatonin seems effective as a sleep aid. I haven’t tried L-theanine before so I couldn’t really judge the effects. Didn’t notice any negative effects.

I’ve tried a lot of sleep solutions from supplements to prescription medication so I’ve been around the block to say the least. These sleeping strips do work well but they work extremely quickly, quicker than anything else I’ve used so I would already be in bed with the lights out if I were to give any advice on that. Just like any other sleep supplement or whatever you’d call this strip form, there is a peak of effectivity and then it wares off and I feel very sleepy after like 5-10 minutes of taking it and after around 30 minutes I don’t feel it anymore but that’s just me. So don’t wait 30 minutes to go to bed and I think they work great.
The caffeine strips I don’t really notice any difference in but I also am either fully asleep or fully awake so I’m not the best person to try either of these but I also figured for anyone else with my….affliction…maybe it could be useful to see a review from someone else sleep-challenged. Like anything else I figure that the more you take these consistently the less effective they are but these are more for travel than for regular use anyway so you hopefully wont be taking them longer than it would take for you to build up a resistance, but that’s to say if they stop working as well as they did the first night just know that’s normal of any sleeping medication or supplement. I think these would work well for most people if they made me sleepy personally so that’s why it’s a 5 star for me.

I’m a frequent flyer on the plane. I occasionally travel out of states and my flight times is usually six hours or longer. After taking these packs it would give me a quick sleep during the flight and I feel less tired after waking up on getting off the plane.

Long days of travel need boosting! This travel sized kit is easy to slip into any carry-on bag. It helps to have support for when you are dragging and need to wake up or when you are so wired from travel that you need to calm down. Definitely have a water chaser. These strips are not the most tasty things.

I remember a similar product back in the day and these are just as good as ever. They’re lightweight and compact so great for travel and they help get the supplements into you quick. The taste isn’t bad but it isn’t good either, they’re slightly bitter with a little bit of flavoring to try and cover it but overall it’s not bad. I can definitely feel the effects and the caffeine especially has been a great little pick me up, especially if you’re someone who gets very tired while traveling.

I liked that these come in a little zipper pack, one side are the caffeine strips, the other is the melatonin. the clear packaging makes it very easy to distinguish between the two sides so they’re not easily confused!
overall the delivery method is rather unique for these types of products. they dissolve quickly however they stick to my teeth or roof of mouth very easily making it a little more work than anticipated.
I found that the caffeine strips are fairly mild for me, I prefer a higher dose, but my wife reported that she felt the effects quickly. the flavor is a nice minty flavor and not a bad aftertaste.
The melatonin strips are nice, 5 mg is a bit more than most people need, but they seemed to work fine at promoting sleep. they taste nice and dissolve in the same manner…a bit sticky but easy to scrape off with your tongue.
I’m a little confused why they flavored them in such a manner though, seems backward….assuming you’ve just brushed your teeth before bed and taking the melatonin version, fruity flavor is not the flavor you want to mix with toothpaste mint. the flavor is pleasant for both, just feels a bit backward.
I will definitely get these again, as they’re so easy to keep nearby and at the ready.
Don’t Sell Rubbish –
I am a fan. I recall products like these from some time ago and missed them. I’m glad to see them making a comeback. I especially like the caffeine strips, which are quite effective. I periodically take melatonin and find the dose in the strips inadequate. Maybe two strips will do the trick. This is a nice set.
