I have tried Melatonin so many times and I don’t know why but it just doesn’t seem to help me much. So I know 5mg wouldn’t do anything so took up 4 of them this week and had actually more of a restless night that usual. Bummer, but I was taking a chance getting them. My kids will take/use them and I do love melatonin for kids as it’s all natural. They do taste really good and aren’t overly gummy like a lot of them are. didn’t stick in my teeth or anything and part of why I took 4 is because they tasted so good!!

Me and my family occasionally take melatonin to help fall asleep, though we only try to take them if we’re struggling as to not become too dependent upon them.
This is a nice 2 pack of gummies at a reasonable price. Each has 120 gummies, but a serving is 2 gummies so it’s really a 60 serving supply per bottle. That’s still pretty good since there’s 2 bottles and 120 servings total.
Do be aware these are low dosage and a serving is only 5mg. Many melatonin supplements are 10 or even 20mg, so you might need to take a couple servings of these to reach that level if that’s what you require.
They taste pretty good – like sweet gummies. I think I prefer pill form since I can brush my teeth and take those and not need to worry about brushing again, but it’s not that big of a deal since I can just be a little proactive and plan ahead with these instead. For anyone who struggles with pills, gummies are definitely a great alternative.

These gummies taste really good, so had to keep them away from kids as they would eat like candy. But as long as used as intended they worked great and did the job wonderfully.

It nice to get a decently priced (although I did get them free as part of the Vine program, if I had paid they were at a decent price) pair of bottles of melatonin. If it is something you use it is nice to get the two bottles at once so have to shop for it less often. Since they seem to be of good quality it is definitely worth getting.
