These work great. They don’t taste too good but they dissolve quickly. I fall asleep within 30 minutes and wake up without feeling groggy. No side effects. Great value for the price and quantity.

This is a good brand of Melatonin and produces the desired results, a sleep aid that works without any morning grogginess or unpleasant side effects. The dose is 10mg so these flavored tabs should be potent for most people. There are 90 in the bottle.
Not a really a gummie but the tabs will dissolve in your mouth or you can chew them. The strawberry taste has a good initial flavor but if you keep the tab in your mouth very long there is also a SLIGHT AFTERTASTE..at least they was for me.
Overall the product has performed as it should and earned a full star rating

I’ve been using these every night since I got them and they consistently deliver! I take one and in about 36 minutes, I feel a sleepiness come on that puts me down in 5-10 minutes. If you miss that window after you feel sleepy, your drowsiness will diminish and you may toss and turn, so it’s crucial to go to bed when you feel sleepy! I like that they have a mild sweet taste and they are an excellent value! They work!

I have had sleep issues for many years. When I lay in bed, my mind just starts racing. I think about all that I have to do the following day and whatever other stressors are going on in my life. Melatonin has helped with that tremendously.
The tablets are small in size. They dissolve when placed under your tongue even though it does take a bit longer than other meltaway tablets that I have tried. Of course, you can just swallow the tablet or chew it up if you prefer.
All of the tablets were intact and none were pulverized into powder at the bottom of the bottle. (something I have experienced with other tablets in the past)
The strawberry flavor is decent enough. It isn’t sweet like candy, it’s more of a chalky taste and texture. I don’t really mind, though, since I’m taking them for their benefits, not their taste.
The serving size is 1 tablet which is 10 mg. If you are new to taking melatonin, I would recommend starting with a smaller dosage to see if that works for you. You may not need the full 10 mg. (pill cutters are great for that!)
As for effectiveness, these work quite well! Each time I took one, I was asleep within 30-40 minutes. There were a few occasions that I still woke up during the night but the restlessness that I experience while laying in bed decreased dramatically!

When I was looking for a new bottle of melatonin, this caught my eye because of the Fast Dissolve tablet and strawberry flavor. We’ve been taking them the last few nights and the first thing we noticed is that they do not dissolve easily. I’ve tried dissolving with a great deal of saliva, but can’t get it to do anything. I’ve had to take water and swallow. In addition, they do not taste like strawberry, unless the flavor isn’t coming out because they don’t dissolve. It’s a little disconcerting and may affect my confidence in the most important factor, the melatonin. It seems to work as well as the other products we’ve used over the last several years, but I can’t get past the fact that a couple reasons I ordered, the dissolving and the taste, do not appear to be as suggested. Won’t be ordering again.

These work very well. 10 mg is perfect for me. I enjoy the dissolvable version and the flavor is pretty good. I feel the value is pretty good for the amount of doses. No grogginess in the morning

I have def had better performing and tastier melatonin, but this is fine if it is the form you prefer to take it in. I am sticking with gummies.
