To be honest, I’ve never had salt with honey in the past. The idea seemed very intriguing to me that I just had to try it. It isn’t bad, but I must say that it might take a little getting used to, flavor wise. Might be a little easier to adjust to it if there was a bit less salt. Honey itself tastes good, great aroma. The Himalayan salt also adds a unique flavor rather than plain salt… Good or bad? you have to decide that one for yourself. If using this as an electrolyte source after workouts and couple with water, it would be good. I think I would enjoy this with a bottle of water after workouts in place of sports drinks.

I like to go backpacking and decided to take these as an energy source on my latest 3 day 45 mile trip. And these served me really well, having something I can quickly rip open and chew through without stopping is huge. I think runners or triathletes would love this too. Even the price is fair, especially for a high end premium product. The taste is good, it tastes like honey and salt so no surprise there. My only complaint is I wish the packets were slightly smaller, as its a bit much of a mouthful and needs a good bit of water to wash it down. The other issue I felt was the edges of the packets are sharp and will cut the sides of your mouth, while trying to squeeze the whole packet out.
Overall a very good item, only a few minor improvements could be made would certainly recommend for any active person.

I love honey and this product, You Again, comes in a variety of flavors that we all love. The packaging is great for travel snacking when I’m working long hours or a healthy and tasty snack for my kids lunches. We also use it to top our yogurt or I add it to my coffee. Occasionally I’ll eat it before a long run if I don’t feel like eating but need some healthy fuel source. Lots of ways to use You Again. Stock your pantry with good food.

We’ve been Honey Stinger, Gu and Bolt consumers over here – our entire family uses them for workouts, snacks, and at sports events (like a swim meet) when eating a full meal is just not realistic. We accidentally found these and these are much preferred. They are a little salty which is perfect for electrolytes and sweet to give you that carb bump that is needed with this type of snack. I’ve used them just before a HIIT class or a Peloton ride – I just throw a few in a bag so I have them at the ready.
Particularly liked the clean ingredient profile vs. other products we consume and I feel a lot better about my kids having them (and they LOVE them). Kind of surprised this brand has so few reviews as of now given how great the product is. Glad I discovered these – coming back for more! Cannot wait to try the other flavors too. We tried the Honey & Salt.

I am on my way home from a recent backpacking trip in North Carolina. I gotta say there are so many great things to like about the You Again honey packets. To start, the flavors really popped during the taste test at home but on the trail it was further enhanced as its what the body craves during high intensity exercise. From the taste alone I would buy this product again but it’s not just the taste that draws me to this product.
The packaging was excellent! I had these packets crammed into pockets, bear cans, and in my pack and even though i was a bit rough on them they all remained intact. Unlike other products in the market, You Again honey packages do not add any extra air which allows you to pack more of them in a small space. A commodity I didn’t appreciate enough when buying food items for my first big trip but one I’ve come to put at a high value on going forward.
Finally, Id like to talk about how easy this product is to use and dispose of during a pack it in pack it out type trip. These are packaged in a way that allows you to roll/squeeze all of the honey out of a narrow passage ensuring maximum usage with no mess or wasted product. As you roll out all of the honey you are left with a tiny, not messy wrapper that can easily be stored with the trash or back in your bear can without worry of contamination to the rest of your food. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in athletics who needs a boost of clean energy on the go but more specifically for the backpacking community who would value the simple and clean packaging in addition to the nutritional value they’d expect with this product.

I got this as an alternative to Honey Stinger gel packets because the ingredient list is super clean. I’ve tried both the Lemon Tumeric and Himalayan Salt (which only has two ingredients) and love them both. If you like a more honey like texture, you may want to knead the packet first before consuming but I actually skip that since I like the texture as is and feels more substantial/filling. I consume one of these a half hour before swimming and it really helps keep my energy up through the hour-long swim. These are now my go-to energy gels! I’m sure these will also be great for the marathon types.

I love the taste and texture of this honey. My kids love to have honey with yogurt and I love that these are easy to take with you on the go for a snack or travel. So much better than giving them sugar! Plus a dream to have on hand for a sick kiddo!
