I need to take CoQ10 because I am prescribed a statin medication. It is a very expensive supplement, but Amazon has the best price that I’ve found for 200mg. It has no flavor and pretty easy to swallow.

These are small and easy to take unlike other pills and there is not any after taste plus I think they are better than the other brand I was taking, I seem to be noticing less muscle pain from taking my cholesterol medicine

I have only being taking them for a couple of weeks now so I am probably not seeing the full benefits yet. I have read that they help prevent migraines so I am excited to see if it works as I have chronic migraines. CoQ is also helpful in lowering LDL so I will see what my next blood tests reveal. Overall they are easy to take, a little on the larger size. I have not noticed any side effects. I am looking forward to seeing additional positive benefits of taking this supplement.

I have been taking Co-10 for general health and didn’t notice much of a change, and was debating on continuing it because of the varied pricing. A few months ago I began taking this brand and recently I noticed a gradual change. I am now more alert, energized and will wake up before my alarm clock. Even when there are occasional sleepless nights I still wake up refreshed and ready to move on w/my day or if I do my usual 5 miles of physical activity I am not as tired out like before. I will continue to take this brand as the local stores do not carry it in my locale.

I’m 54 and I’ve taken CoQ10 supplements for around 25 years. I trust the brand that I currently take but when I tried the Schiff version, I can say that am probably going to switch. Why? First and foremost is brand trust. I can trust a brand that has such a long history. Secondly. This product has actually made a difference.
