Always attempt to get your nutrients from Whole Foods first but if you need some help this is a good choice. I thoroughly research all supplements and only recommend ones I believe in. However sometimes the big corporations buy out them and I do not know right away so always know where they are coming from. Nestle tends to buy a lot of them out and that’s when you now know you are getting fillers and wasting your money. Think to yourself big companies most not all are about quantity over quality. Stick to small women owned business who donate a percentage of profits is sometimes a good indicator as well.

I bought this product because I was not absorbing vitamin C from my food or synthetic vitamins. I had zero vitamin C, which is called Scurvy. The doctor recommended organic vitamins. Although the pricing is exorbitant compared to synthetic or non-organic vitamin C supplements, they are well worth the money if you are having problems with absorption. I had intestines removed, and have other health issues that created this absorption problem. I was pleased that these work, and are now part of my daily supplements. I also use there other supplement types because of other health related needs. They all work great! The shipping was extremely quick, and the availability of various vitamins from this company is amazing. The bottles are that brown filtered glass that protects the ingredients from sunlight. I also keep mine in a closed cabinet. The shipping is perfect; each bottled is bubble rap covered, and taped, and the box had more of those square air pocket packing in it as well so the glass is safe. the box was not too bulky, and the arrival was quick. I recommend these for low levels of any type.

I like that the product is a “natural whole food” product and not synthetically made. Not giving medical advice, so I am just going to say research, and talk to your physician before taking if you take a “grape seed extract” product. Not knowing this combination can substantially raise blood pressure I did this and that is exactly what happened. It was only upon research later that I found out about this combination. Hopefully, this manufacturer and other vitamin C manufacturers will read this review because I have never seen a WARNING about this dangerous “grape seed extract with vitamin C combination” on any vitamin C or grape seed extract product. Again, excellent product. Potency is obviously there.
