My skin is clear because of the pills and the fact that I drink a lot of water. They are big so I would drink these with plenty water. I live in Denver, it’s very dry here…my nails used to always break but after taking these supplements consistently for a couple months, I started to noticed my nails being so much stronger…and they can grow out longer than I’ve ever experienced. My hair is long (between bra strap & waist–I am 5’5″) and suddenly starting to falling out as never before. It was a lot more than my usual shedding cycle. I ignored it until the loss was so obvious, I had to accept I had an issue.
After much research, I ordered a bottle of these. When they arrived, I had experienced this extreme shedding for about 6-7 weeks.
I took 2 a day (one at breakfast, one at lunch) and within a week the loss slowed and within 10 days the shedding stopped! It was so noticeable that I almost couldn’t believe it was all because of these tablets. However, I had not changed anything else. I am almost finished with the bottle and small hairs have started to appear all over my head.

My nails started splitting and no matter what I was doing to stop it, nothing was working. I remembered that when I use to take these my nails got super strong so I ordered them again and sure enough it worked! My nails have healed, they are fairly strong, and have not split. I like that you can take them anytime of day, with or without food. It does also work for your hair. Everytime I take this, my hair looks so much fuller. Definitely a great supplement!
