I believe quercetin with bromelain is a great synergy blend of a supplement! The dose of both seems effective. Pretty good value for money. Great amber glass bottle. Taste is fine but whew it has a very pungent smell out of the bottle.

These actually taste really nice, like pineapple. You smell it as soon as you open the bottle, taste it while it’s going down, and are left with a pineapple after taste. In a good way. So it’s obviously fresh and potent, as I’ve come to expect from MegaFood (I”m a huge fan of this brand).

There is a mild scent in the bottle, but nothing overwhelming.
We really like these because it’s got a very clean ingredient list, which can sometimes be hard to find with supplements. It’s a good quality supplement, based on those as a baseline, for me
Main ingredients are Quercetin (500 mg) and Bromelain (165 mg) per serving, of course, but the “other ingredients” are just Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, and silicone dioxide. The quercetin dosage is on par with other brand supplements we’ve tried, while the bromelain is actually more than three times as much as our previous supplement.

I have almost finished this bottle; after taking it daily for almost a month, and haven’t had any issues or adverse reactions after taking these with food. They do have a strong smell to them, but it didn’t bother me too much. I didn’t have any problems swallowing these and have had a good experience with them overall.
