Okay, I’m a few years over 40 and have been slowly going through the change of life. I’ve been on all kinds of medications trying to get me out of this emotional roller coaster I’ve been on. I’ve had no energy or desire to do much in the last couple of years (some days worse than others). While entertaining the hormonal solutions, I read about Mega Food supplements and thought I would give it a try. I’ve been taking them almost a month and have already reordered more. I have to say, I’m feeling great! Though I may still need to take hormonal supplement of some sort in the future, I think for me personally, these multi-vitamins have helped put that off a little longer. The brain fog is less, the forgetfulness is less, the libido is up, the weight is coming down (that could be because I’m moving a lot more now that I have more energy to do things). I’ve never been a big believer in how important it is to take a multivitamin because the ones I bought at Walmart never seemed to do anything. However, I’m a believer in MEGA FOOD multivitamins. AND I can take this anytime with or without food and it does NOT upset my sensitive stomach! I now have my daughter on the blood builder since the medicated iron pill she was taking kept making her face break out. The Blood Builder is great for her! No more break outs, her tummy doesn’t hurt with it, and they are small enough to for her to swallow daily. She and I are really believing in this product and want to learn more about taking other Mega Food supplements along with the ones we are taking now. I’m so glad I found this supplement! Thank you!

The company directly, I ordered through Amazon in hopes to arrive quickly. Rather than a quick arrival, I now have to reorder because it was packaged poorly (in a bag instead of a box). Will order directly from the company and not from Amazon in the future.

I had looked for a good real food vitamin for awhile that didn’t have pineapple in it. As far as I can tell this does not and I actually felt the difference after starting them. I will continue to use these vitamins.

As someone who doesn’t eat a ton of veggies or fruits because of health issues, I appreciate having a vitamin to help make up for that. The taste is not great and the pills are a little large, but totally worth the health aspects.

My husband and son take these daily and have for over a year. They really like them! They say they can tell a big difference in their overall well-being since they began taking these and both have been very healthy with no illnesses even though my husband works in a public school system. These are very gentle on the stomach! Both have complained about vitamins in the past upsetting their stomachs but these do not even if taken on an empty stomach. They also like only having to take one a day. The tablets are very smooth and are easy to swallow and I like that they are from food and not chemicals. They are more expensive than other brands but if they actually work and are absorbed as needed rather than just passing through, they are worth it.

This is the first multi-vitamin I’ve ever taken where I can actually feel a difference.
I had been taking various store-bought vitamins over the years, feeling nothing, yet hoping somehow they would help in whatever vitamin deficiencies I might have. Who knows if they’d “work”. I certainly couldn’t feel any difference.
But when I switched to Megafoods vitamins the first thing I noticed was more energy. Nothing dramatic mind you, like I can suddenly lift a car or anything, but there was definitely something there. A kick in my step if you will.
Secondly I noticed my mood improved. I started taking these over the winter, when my mood is usually the lowest, and they definitely helped. Again, I’m not saying these things will cure depression, but they did lift my mood slightly when it normally at its lowest.
Why these improvements occurred I have no idea. I can only guess that the vitamins in their more natural state were more readily absorbed in my body.
So I’d have to say I really like these. I researched vitamins for a while and finally narrowed it down to this brand. Glad I gave them a try.

This supplement is great for someone that cannot take iron. Does not upset the stomach.
