I’ve been taking these vitamins for a few years and they’re great. The only significant side effect is that they’ll make me nauseous and possibly throw up when I take them without food. I am a woman but I bought these anyway; I didn’t see a lot of difference between the men’s and the women’s formulas except this one had more of the minerals I was looking for. Anyway I have been taking one tablet per day for a few days now and what I notice is more energy! After covid I just never could stop feeling tired every day. These tablets seem to be changing all that; I feel as though I can really get things done instead of just dragging myself through the days. The tablets are large-ish but okay to swallow and I personally didn’t feel any nausea or any other bad effects. In fact I really didn’t feel I had taken anything at all, I just feel more energy and stamina to power through the days. I will definitely buy these again.
