These Medline simply water baby wipes are simply awesome! They don’t fold over on themselves like wipes that are to soft, like pampers, but they are still soft enough that they are not harsh. They actually grip #2 messes since they have a quilted sort of pattern, unlike Huggies. They are the perfect wetness without being to wet, plus they have no scent at all. And they are also a good thickness, unlike 99% of the off brands out there! Basically they took all of the good qualities from all of the other brands of wipes out there, and left all of the bad, to produce the perfect wipe! Like for real I love these wipes.
But $40 for 12 packs?!?! That’s $3.33 a pack! That’s 3x the bargain brands, and about 40% more than the name brands. If you want the best wipe and money isn’t an issue for you, then these are it! Otherwise, us not rich people can always hope for a sale…

Medline Simply Water Baby Wipes, 99% Water Solution Wipes, 100% Plant-Based Bamboo Fiber Cloth, 12 Packs of 60 Count
I used Kirkland (Costco) wipes over the past 14 years and nothing else that I’ve tried matches the quality of it. I’ve tried over a dozen alternatives and nothing came close. Until this one that is.
What makes a baby wipe good?
1) being sufficiently wet
2) material used providing good ‘grip’ or friction. When wiping down surfaces / skin, you don’t want the wipes to slip and slide in your hands. All too often, inferior wipes have really slick textures to them and when folded in half,/quarters the material will slide against itself and make the material very hard to handle, just doesn’t allow for good leverage to apply adequate pressure to clean off the surface. Oftentimes, this results in using more wipes than necessary to do the job.
3) no off odors or harsh chemicals/preservatives or odorants, unscented as possible is best.
4) strong material that does not shed fluff or tear easily
5) size of the wipes sufficient to provide adequate coverage
6) quantity and price
The Costco Kirkland wipes score very favorably on all counts except for the third one (#3), odor.
The Costco wipes have a musty textile odor that is not terrible but not completely pleasant either.
The Medline wipes score very favorably on all counts except for the last one (#6), price.
While the Medline wipes are far more pleasant to use than the Costco wipes, they are more than twice as expensive. Ouch.
That said, I do not feel these wipes are twice as good as the Costco brand, and they are just not cost effective. Other than that, they are perfect. If you happen to see these go on sale at some point in the future, it should be on your short list of essential buys.

They are not flushable. It does say that on the very back of the package and very tiny print so I didn’t even know that until my daughter used it for a while they work fine if you need some flushable don’t buy these

This stuff BURNS. I do not have sensitive skin or irritation on my skin.. this stuff burned more than anything! I had to take a shower for it to stop. Beware!

These wipes have been an important piece of the skin care regimen for grandma. Helps keep her clean while not irritating her sensitive skin in delicate areas.

Love these wipes and wish I would have found them sooner. Great alternative to Water Wipes and Honest’s wipes. They have the softness of the Honest brand wipes and are more durable than the Water Wipes, which is super helpful for big blowouts. They are plant-based, which is a huge plus for me. Moreover, they are not very expensive. I use them on my baby, but I also use them for many other tasks like blowing my nose and wiping down my little one’s high chair, so they are highly versatile. Stock up!!

I use these for meal time specifically and my little loves them! We have a to go warmer for them too, but she accepts them hot or cold! Great for on the go when we drop a tether on the floor too
