    Yes I unscrewed the pump, it didn’t work. I’ve used uncountable products with these types of pump. I didn’t see the spring that is normally in the tube of these types. Anyway, good lotion, not greasy. I put a squeeze top from an old bottle on this one.

    Great for sensitive skin. Rich with phospholipids, intensive moisture, not greasy. If you were devastated by the loss of Comlpex 15 this product is for you. It is thicker in texture however.

    I like the Remedy Lotion very much. It moisturizes nicely without a greasy feeling and I like how even hours later my hands still feel soft and smooth. It begins with a very light neutral scent and after a few moments that scent fades. The problem with the Remedy products seems to be the pump. I read comment after comment from people complaining that the pumps for both the cleansers and the lotions have a very high degree of failure and up until I received my last order which arrived a couple of days ago, I have been lucky with functioning pumps. The lotion arrived and right from the get-go the pump did not work. I chatted online with a customer service person who first requested that I do a return for a refund to which I told him that I was unable to do that at this time. He then told me he was able to simply do a refund and I could keep the product. Well that is fine but the refund never went through. That is ok (because I can still use the lotion sans the pump) and I’m not going to pursue the matter but I want the sellers and manufactures to sit up and take notice that people have complained for several years that the pumps on these products are terrible and they should take care of this annoying and ridiculous problem.

    I bought this for my daughter. She has very sensitive skin and eczema really bad and most lotion doesn’t help. This lotion has helped her significantly a d it’s not greasy! It has really helped to improve her skin and lessen the itchiness. I started using it also and have noticed that it really helps keep my skin moisturized and it’s doesn’t look so dry. The scent is very mild not a strong fragrance.

    I love the lotion and previously purchased it in a 16 oz tub with a screw on lid. Now I was unable to order again from Amazon other than from an unknown 3rd party seller. No prime option and I always try to buy directly from Amazon. In this case I ordered a 12 oz body lotion in a pump bottle but the pump will not function so therefore I have to get a refund as they will not replace it. The manufacturer needs to supply a functional pump which is a problem at times. Otherwise no complaints with the actual lotion. It’s great.

    I have severely dry skin & have tried many lotions, creams or ointment to no avail. This product is similar to lotions used by hospitals for patients.. It really works for me & I don’t have to constantly reapply. Great product. ( but takes awhile to receive)

    I have extremely sensitive skin. I have tried dozens of products over the years, and I react to almost all of them.
    Before finding this product, I could only use Renew Melaleuca lotion. That’s a good product, but literally twice the price, and the Medline Remedy lotion works better for me.
    No allergic reaction, softer skin, good moisturizing AND a lower price – this Isa great product!
