Now it appears I have come across some. Also, a small container of serum for those very dry spots. The body lotion is thick and smells wonderful. It has a slight sweet fragrance. Not strong, but delightful. The rich lotion spreads and absorbs nicely into my skin. It is helping smooth out some of that crocodile looking skin I have in places. Before I use the lotion, I put the serum on my most troublesome spots. It is really a light oil. After I let the serum absorb, I’ll put the lotion on. The slight oiliness of the serum will be gone after applying the lotion. It does make my skin glisten, especially in sunlight, for a bit. The serum has kind of a seed oil scent. That is about the only thing I don’t like about this duo. But the scent isn’t noticeable after a minute or two. Some of the same ingredients that are in my face moisturizer appear in this body lotion, retinol, Shea butter and ferulic acid. I like that this product is made in the US and is dermatologist tested.

This is a very hydrating body cream that contains a lot of “buzzword” ingredients. It has a pleasant scent, sunk nicely into my skin and left my body hydrated and firm. I am hopeful for the long term results.
The serum is for the face and applies feeling a little greasy but it sink in after a while. My face felt nice and looked moisturized after using. We will see what the long-term results are!

Experience: The absorption is very fast. I’m not a big fan of the serum’s sent, but the body cream has a pleasant, light fragrance. It’s said to be ideal for people with dry skin, which I have, and it does absorb quickly, though is also evaporates quicky. The body cream comes in a generous amount–great value!

I have mature skin and find that the skin on my hands appear to be the most accurate in terms of my age. So, I try to moisturize as much as possible. Also, since they look more worn and since I love any retinol products, I was very happy to have found this duo. I’ve used MEDIX brand lotions in the past and have always loved and with this body lotion and booster serum, feel no different. It does a good job moisturizing and I felt that the scent was soft (which I prefer). I’ve only used for about a week, so results have not been too noticeable (other than how soft my skin feels). I will continue to use, especially as a proactive step.

I generally prefer unscented cosmetics and lotions, but this Medix retinol and ferulic acid body cream is rather pleasantly scented and it doesn’t linger for a long time, so it won’t compete with your perfume. It absorbs well and does not leave a sticky feeling. It’s nicely presented, so can be attractive on a vanity. ( if you leave it out, you’ll probably remember to use it more frequently). I have recently noticed a bit of crepey skin on my arms and décolleté, so I’m targeting those areas first. The secondary product is a liquid serum that’s intended for very dry skin, so I’m only using it as a spot treatment. It feels oily and I’m not sure what positive results it will offer, but I’m willing to try it. Of the two, I prefer the body cream because its texture is easier to apply without drips, but I concede we occasionally can benefit from an extra oily treatment for dry skin. I had never heard of vitamin F, so we shall see…

I always tried to read where skincare products are made. Yes this is made in the USA, but we don’t know where the components are from. I’m sure that is the case with a lot of products now but just mentioning it in case this is a concern to you.
The body cream does have a very slight scent to it. I’m not sure if that’s from the ingredients or an added scent. It’s quite pleasant. The cream feels very nice on the skin. I’m always looking for something with a bit of moisture, as my skin is usually dry. This feels like it retains the moisture without feeling greasy.
The serum is a light oil, it does not appear to have a specific scent, it just has a slight oil smell. It does feel slightly oily on the skin, but that is to be expected.

My wife is in perpetual battle with dry skin on her face. It’s her arch nemesis. She’s tried so so many creams and serums and while things may improve it’s never quite the improvement she’s hoping for. Needless to say she’s always happy to try new moisturizers so we gave this a shot. And she’s very happy with it, the lotion goes on soft and smooth and has a nice light airy slightly floral scent that’s not too overpowering and could be used well with fragrance layering. And obviously it’s a huge bottle so this will last a while. The face serum goes on slightly oily (no surprise really) but dries down to a powdery soft barely there feeling. Now it could take years of continuous use to say definitively if it works as advertised but what I can say is that it’s a great moisturizing set that won’t break the bank, appears safe and does the job pretty well. Five stars.

Great products. The lotion goes on smooth, absorbs nicely and has a lotion like scent… nothing too strong and smells good. It’s not took thick but feels like my skin is moisturized through the day in a dry climate.
The serum feels greasy going on my face but it actually drys like a matte finish and my face feels hydrated. I really like how they both feel on my skin.
The pump on the lotion is great for easy application. The design and colors of the containers are nice enough to leave out on display.
It could also work as a nice gift set for someone special.
I think for the price, quality and the size of the bottles it will last long and is a good deal.
