these comes very nicely packaged in a nice glass bottle which I appreciate. The supplement is mostly ginger which is a supplement I believe in and it seemed to be helping.

This didn’t lower my blood pressure at all. And 4 horse capsuls feels like a lot.

I decided to start taking these as part of my daily nutritional supplements due to sometimes having a slight issue with high blood pressure when I visit the doctor’s office. These were not recommended to me by a doctor, but I found them when searching online and figured it couldn’t hurt to try. This bottle contains 120 capsules, which seems like a lot, but serving size is 4 capsules per day, so it really only provides one month supply. Having to take four capsules at once is also not ideal. Would be better if they could increase the strength so you have to take less of them at one time. That being said, the capsules are a mid to large size, but smooth and not difficult to swallow, especially when split up into singles or doubles. I have experienced no negative side effects from taking these supplements, and they have no noticeable taste or foul aftertaste (though they do have a slightly herbal smell). Difficult to judge effectiveness yet, but will continue to take until this bottle is empty before deciding if I’ll purchase again.
