This is amazing! I can’t say I’ve tried too many scar creams but among the ones i have this is the only one that I ACTUALLY saw my scars reduce over time. I wish I had the pictures when I originally started but I don’t. I did attach pictures of how my scars look now. For the picture where my hand is showing- this scar was bulging out, it looked like a little lump and now its completely smooth and theres no lump at all. Its also not as bright pink as before s you can see in the picture. For the picture with the long scar: it was a much darker brown color and it has visibly reduced (it was 5x darker than in the picture before i used mederma). Trust me if you are looking for something to reduce scars this is it but you HAVE to be consistent (i put it on two times a day for two months and counting). Also these scars were caused from deep cuts/ scratches and one other that was a burn (the scar that looks like a square- it was a burn from a trash can that was being used as a fire pit. It had a scab and everything and now you can barely see it ). I don’t know if time alone healed my scars but i had them for a year and recently after using this cream i saw my scars reducing. Its worth a shot!

My friend also used mederma for a scar on her chest where she was shot by a shotgun in a hunting accident and she said she did see it get better but so far that scar looks like it will stay with her for life unfortunately.

I have been using this product for a little over a month now. I am using it to reduce the appearance of stretch marks on the inside of my legs. There were a few questions on this product for use with stretch marks. I notice that they have started to fade and appear lighter in color. I am applying as directed, 3 times a day. As these have been on me for a while, the packaging suggest using for 6 months. After that time, I hope to see a dramatic reduction in the appearance. This 20g tube has lasted approximately one month with three applications per day. The package size is equivalent to a trial size of toothpaste, and is easy to carry in a purse. It is also under 3.4 oz, so this can be taken on an airplane, which I found to be very convenient when I went on vacation to Los Angeles this past week. I cannot comment on the SPF affect, as I have not used it on an area that is exposed to the sun.

I bought this stuff after having kids I guess they’ve changed the formula bc it doesn’t work any where near as well as it did bk then smh won’t be buying this again for scars

Best scar removal cream I’ve used I have scars on my face due to a reaction to medication this has help fade out the patches on my face I use it once daily at night then always apply full sunblock on my face for the next day to prevent the scars darkening again this is really important if you want scars to fade keep the area covered or use total sunblock
I use the brand heliocare 360 fluid cream it Excellent and is broad spectrum UVB UVA HEvis IR-A SPF 50+ it stays on all day and provides excellent protection and it has a light tint to the fluid helping to reduce the visibility of scars this is only very light tho hardy noticeable .

My injury in the first photo was done to me by my cat who decided to jump on me while I was sleeping, anyways it led to this scratch on my face that I was worried would scar me.
Immediately bought this and started using with sunscreen, I used it everyday for about 2-3 weeks and now there is no signs of that awful scratch.

Very happy with it so far. I have post-acne scars all over my face, especially on the sides, so I’ve been applying this cream for about two weeks and I can see such an improvement! The blue/dark spots are getting lighter, especially for relatively new scars/spots. Also, I was concerned that it will make my face break out again since most of the creams (even acne creams) made my skin oily and caused break outs BUT not this cream!!! I’m just cleaning my face, applying Duac in the evening and then apply this cream. Soooo happy with it, considering that I spent so much money for more expensive stuff that didn’t work. Although, I prefer organic stuff (this one has 3 types of paraben 🙁 ), I think it is a good compromise considering that it works for me and hopefully in 1-2 months I’ll be relatively scar-free. I don’t believe in miracles, but measuring the input the output is pretty amazing.
Note: it doesn’t seem to have the same healing effect for old (more white but deep) scars but for new and relatively new scars it accelerates the healing process for me by 3-4 times (in 5-7 days I can barely see the dark spot for a small/med break out).
