Item arrived with a hole in carton so it had leaked into the plastic bag it was in. Then I went to open it to dump it out since I don’t even consider that a condition to return ship and the safety cap and seal were both already broken!

It is very thick so I add ice and allow the ice to melt, which thins out the drink alot. The taste is awesome, not real sweet, it puts you in the mind of Ensure. This product was for my wife who had lost a lot of weight, and had difficulty keeping down many food products. The skilled nursing facility she was in at the time used this product for many folks in her situation. When she came home I purchased several quarts to try it out. Even using 2 or 4 ounces its nice to know she is getting calories instead of just just drinking water only. I purchased the vanilla flavor for her and I tried it myself, is quite tasty, it has a think consistency which can be diluted. Over all I think it is a wonderful product.
