I thought this was the mineral sunscreen by the same
company, which I use daily and doesn’t irritate my skin or eyes. Alas, it is a chemical sunscreen with that sticky rather than smooth feeling. Plus it has a bit of that sunscreen smell, which some people like. So for me, this was a mistaken purchase. Beware if you are looking for the other one. It isn’t bad, but it’s more expensive and not as good as the mineral version.

A decent sunscreen, compared to what you see in stores, but not the best on the market. The tint is too dark for me personally, and on my combo skin it looks oily. You can find a better deal among Korean brands.

I have fair to light colored skin that is “normal” (not dry, not oily) and the color of this tinted moisturizing isn’t too dark, as it goes on very sheer. In my opinion, it would look great on a variety of skin tones because of how sheer the color is once it is blended out.
I like that it provides protection against UVA and UVB rays, and it includes antioxidants. It does have a very light herbal scent that fades as soon as the product is applied, so you should be aware if you are sensitive to fragranced products. I also LOVE that although this is contained in a squeeze tube, it has a pump. I find that much more sanitary and I can better control how much product I dispense!
What I do not like is that this tinted moisturizing sunscreen leaves my skin looking very greasy within an hour or two of application. I like dewy face products, but this just left me looking greasy. For me personally, I would use this if I were going to be outside at the beach or out working in my yard, but I would not wear it in place of foundation (or other tinted moisturizers that I use) at work in the office or for a date night.

I’ve used MD Solar’s other tinted sunscreen and never broke me out but was oily. Looked for a new one and saw this! 3 days after applying total facial break out.
Sad, I really liked it, texture good, no greasy feeling and smelled nice.

I love this sunscreen. I appreciate that is is made with clean ingredients. It’s SPF 50 and protects against both UVA and UVB rays. What I really like about this is that it isn’t just a sunscreen; it’s also a tinted moisturizer. It smells great, goes on smoothly and blend effortlessly. It leaves my skin soft and hydrated. The tint is a medium tone but it’s quite sheer, so it will work with many skin tones. This can be used by itself or in combination with other creams or foundations. I tried it without any other moisturizer or foundation and I liked the result. It doesn’t provide much coverage, but evens the skin tone and is fine by itself for everyday wear. I did add a bit of concealer under my eyes. This is great when I’m in a hurry. I’m getting great sun protection, skin care and a hint of makeup all at once.

I’m currently in an era where I’m actively not wearing foundation as a measure to help improve my skin appearance/texture, but this also means sometimes my eczema flare-ups are a bit more apparent than I’d like. I ordered this product hoping that it would act as a an occasional bb/cc cream that would nourish my skin as a moisturizer but protect and make it look nice with the spf/tint combo. Let me tell you, it does not disappoint! I usually enjoy a thicker moisturizer because my skin tends to dry out faster than i’d like, but this light-weight cream is wonderful. Not sticky, feels like it coats well, and it covers my redness while also protecting from the sun! I also enjoy that while it looks like a normal squeeze bottle it actually has a little pump to get the formula out.
