    Seems like this is more to put into your food which is whAt I will be doing now although I Bought it for my skin. It is far too heavy and thick and oily to be put on the skin. My pores were completely clogged and I was broken out beyond belief the next morning. Into my yogurt it goes.

    Nice texture. It’s not greasy. I’m using it on my face. It doesn’t make my face oily.

    Excellent hair growth vitamin. And excellent for facial moisturization. Now soybean oil is not the most moisturizing hair oil naturally but thats not why I use it on my hair.
