I got this because my son wants to be taller for his football team. Now those of you who follow my reviews know my deal is skin care and supplements. If you cruise through some of my reviews you will see I go the extreme in supplements. So with that said lets dig in.
I classify supplements as two types. Effect and Faith. Effect is you are low on B-12 and take some,, you feel energy. Faith is if you have plaque in you arteries and take vitamin K hoping to stabilize it. The only way you would ever know is a blood test. But then we have those we really do not know as its impossible or impractical to test. Like will a reishi mushroom supplement make me smarter ? Collagen is a good example as many people think it acts fast. The truth is it’s super slow and you gauge about once year hoping you benefited. Now note clearly without it you had no chance to benefit. And this is very similar to this product.
Well you say clearly this can be measured as my child is only 5’2. I say well prove without this they would of been only 5’1 . You would need some kinda of device from Star Trek to do that as we don’t have one yet.
If I were to have a contest on who could build the best doghouse and both carpenters were equally talented but one was limited to supplies I had in my shed and the other had full access to Lowes ,,, who would most probably win ? Does he have to use every product in Lowes? No but it’s there if he needs it. And this product is Lowes as far as ingredients go so lets discuss that.
Now first remember no matter how much you take your body only uses what it Wants ! Having it there to be available is key !
Second sadly after about 18-21 your bone caps fuse and game over. It will be impossible without surgery to get taller.
The basic ingredients in this product: for bones is calcium. Vitamin D encourages your bones to use the calcium. Zinc encourages this whole process to happen.
All the L’s are to help with growth hormone which I will discuss shortly.
Creatine deters bone loss thus making more dense bones.
Gaba increases mineral density and helps with sleep and mood (note sleep)

Now I tested a fuel additive on a cargo truck I owned and it would vary based on what was the weight of the load, how hot was it, was I driving up hill or down hill, how fast was I driving , what was traffic like, etc. If those factors are against me no matter how good the fuel additive is my results will not be good. To maximize results with height we need to lessen the load on a open flat highway so to speak. And here is how we do that.
Growth hormone as you might guess makes us grow. From 12 to 18 the spigot is wide open. It is mostly opened and USED by your body when you sleep. I can’t tell you how many times I have yelled to my son go to bed as thats when you grow. Not sleeping enough is a sure fire way to reduce height potential.
Look at supplementing with More L-arginine as it increases growth hormone. Talk with a Dr. first.
Look at L-citrulline and AKG and glucosamine and Chondroitin.
In adults that utilize our bodies own growth hormone for body building or toning we know how to turn on our growth hormone using the above stated. ( fyi we can’t get taller) We also know the kiss of death for Growth Hormone is carbs. It turns it totally off. We know when we can eat them and to eat the good carbs. For your child that means limit the junk food. Make sure they eat a few hours or more before they go to bed. A diet full of junk food is a recipe for not getting tall. I not saying never eat a pizza just use moderation.
Exercise- This keeps the Growth hormone pumping strong !
Lastly vitamin c- Your body can not make collagen without it and collagen supports bones,,, for example tendons.
What about a well balanced diet- Oh yes that helps greatly but you will be hard pressed to make a meal that has all the above mentioned ingredients in it daily ! And quit buying those bag of chips. They have bad carbs. Replace with almonds and cheese sticks ( good calcium).
What about other brands ? Sure there is 1 more I ( my son) cycles with ! Why ? It has some of the same ingredients plus a few more and missing some this one has. Think about instead of Lowes,,, Home depot. But if you are not savvy with supplements beware as there are literally hundreds for sale that have little to no benefits. I can also say if its under $30 you probably got a dud ! Also do not mega dose any of this as you can harm your childs liver.
Now the seller states visible inches in less than 6 months. Well growth spurts do happen but realistically my sons goal is an inch and a half a year. ( and that’s what’s occurring)
So my son who started at 11 (several years ago) is staying on the top side of his growth chart. He is not super tall for his age but not short. He has genetics to over come as my spouse and I are both on the medium/short side. He is on track to be much taller than both of us ! And when he turns 18 lets say he is 5’9. All I will be able to say is perhaps what I did helped him avoid 5’8 or less. I will know his body was provided the full spectrum to use if it wanted and as his parent I did the best I could to flatten that highway.
He has no sides from this product and it’s easy to take. It is a full menu of the things that the body uses to grow taller. I highly recommend these and hope you may have found this helpful.

I got these for my son who is a freshman in high school. He plays baseball, and, as a young freshman, he’s one of the smaller kids on the team. He’s been taking these for about a month now, so I can’t report any noticeable growth just yet, but the capsules are easy to swallow and don’t taste bad. My husband, son, and I have all tried these supplements. We all exercise regularly, so everything in this vitamin is what a body will need. I can’t tell you if it works; without an independent lab to test whatever amount of any of the substances are in the capsules. But we are here, a month later, all feeling fine and continuing about our business. I’ve had bad side effects from other supplements in the past; not so with this one.
