I like that it has natural ingredients. The softgels are easy to take and doesn’t have a bad after taste. I’ll keep taking it for the 30 days and will update my review after that if anything changes.

While it is too soon to tell the effectiveness of this supplement, here are a few observations:
The item arrived well packaged with both a security seal on the cap and another seal between the cap and the jar.
The capsules are smooth and fairly easy to take, compared to others that I had to toss because they were too darn big to swallow comfortably.
Highly recommended for now. If anything unexpected occurs, I will come back and modify this review.

This supplement has four ingredients and two of them I’ve taken before: Cranberry and Saw Palmetto. This bottle was sealed without any cotton or desiccant inside. The expiration date is 6/2026. I wish I could find the certificate of analysis and GMP documentation. The parent company of this supplement is adaptive health. I didn’t have any issues swallowing these capsules even though they are almost an inch long. I’d give a better rating if I knew where these capsules were made and a 3rd party test results were provided.

I appreciate the formula of ingredients used in this product, and the purported benefits which can be derived from their regular use.
These soft gel tablets are easy to take, but require a bit of pressure to pop, … yes, I normally break open gel capsules with my teeth before swallowing, believing I will get more effective absorption of the contents.
The taste is not particularly pleasant , and I often follow with a better tasting chaser.
This supplement is likely a vary wise choice, particularly for men over 40.

I’m in my 40s and have started taking more supplements to maintain my health. I am definitely a bit more concerned with my prostate since I had a few issues with it when I was younger. I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and have already noticed slight benefits. Hopefully using this over the years to come will help prevent any more prostate issues as I grow older.

This brand is pretty famous these days. They’re known for being the gold standard of male health products. These are easy to take liqui-gel capsules. They’re not very big, which helps in taking them quickly. I didn’t really have any symptoms prior to this beyond frequent urination, but after taking these for about a week, that’s effectively gone now! So, I’d call these pills quite effective. I didn’t notice any changes to my sleep quality.
You get a month’s supply, which at this price feels about right. It’s a good buy for a brand that is well-known, and while every body is different, these are at least safe and might be worth a look if you have any prostate-related issues.

Reviewing any type of supplement or personal use/care item is always very subjective. Many times, it can take weeks or months for any benefit or side effects to be noticed. So, my review is directly related to my experience after using the product for a minimum of two weeks and also any ingredient research we may have done.
I have taken this product in the past. It does seem to provide some prostate relief by allowing easier urine flow. The list of ingredients are mostly natural and have a long history of helping men with BPH. They are easy enough to swallow, have no taste and I have not noted any type of GI or other problems from taking this supplement. Very pleased. Thanks!
