Seriously no problems with it. The flavor can be a bit intense but all you gotta do is add more milk or water whatever you got. Works great in smoothies. Also good if you dont work out and feel fatigued or stiff. Super cheap too its 60 dollars total if you buy creatine, protein powder, and vitamin+amino acids if we went cheap. Pair this with fruit or put in a smoothie and man its great! Ive shared it with everyone i know and they buy it all the time now even if they dont workout! Totally worth the price!

Summary: I have reviewed quite a few workout supplements, and I would estimate that PRE-workout is offered 4-5x as much as POST-workout supplements. Once I started using POST-workouts, I found my recovery was so much faster (duh right?!).
Observations: To me, this is a convenience product, which combines all the common supplements: BCAA, creatine, whey, carbs, etc.; so essentially you’re paying for convenience. I am very much on the fence with all-in-one products, because you cannot customize it as needed.
Recommendation: This is the first product I am reviewing that is anabolic, and since I do not know what that is, a quick internet search is in order. I mainly use these PRE/POST workouts while doing yard work (mainly tree cutting). I sometimes will bring the POST work out and start drinking it during the later half of my work period, especially on hot and/or hard work days.
Pros: Made in the USA (product packaging); multi-product formula (creatine, whey+carbs, BCAA).
Cons: Cost ($3.39/serving); MAX-MUSCLE only has five (5) unique products at time of review.
Conclusion: At $61 for 18 servings ($3.39/serving), rating this 3-stars (cost, new manufacturer).

The orange flavor of this isn’t the greatest. But it gets you all the protein and creatine that you will need. But I couldn’t get passed the taste personally so I will not be reordering. Overall I recommend trying it.

Bit odd of a protein flavor but it works. What’s best is that it will give you a nice break from the typical vanilla or chocolate flavor.
Blends well and is non clumpy. Makes for a great snack.

The supplements put together in this recovery product are amazingly good but unfortunately the flavor isn’t at all. There is a small hint of orange, but it mostly tastes like a chemical. You do have to use two scoops per serving which makes the flavor even stronger in just 16 oz of water. For the benefits this product is great but due to the flavor, I wouldn’t recommend it. I wish it tasted it more natural like actual oranges or orange juice.

I usually use the basic pre-mixed protein shakes but wanted to try something different and with the extra stuff for recovery. This really tastes great and mixes in room temperature water easily (many powders don’t), but I’m not sure I need the extra sweeteners added to it (it’s a tradeoff: extra sugar and tastes good, or no sugar and …).
With 3 workouts I clearly can’t claim any strength gains but I can say I’m not so tired or hungry after my workout; I’m ready to do more. Tonight I just used 1 scoop and that worked for me (my workouts aren’t super intense). Even though it is a recovery formula I might try it pre-workout and see how I feel.
All in all, this is a quality product and it helps me post-workout. It’s probably even more than I need for super-active middle-aged person. It’s also not inexpensive so I’m going to do 1 scoop instead of 2 and extend my package.

I am all about the taste of these supplements, so I struggled a bit to find a way to drink this that I liked. I used 1 scoop with 8 oz of water, which is the suggested proportion, but it was very very sweet for my taste. When I got near the bottom of the shaker, I realized that about half of the powder hadn’t dissolved. At that point, no amount of shaking or stirring could really break it up. So it was sort of a fail for me on the first try.
The next day, I put a scoop in a blender with 12 oz of water, a frozen banana, and a handful of frozen strawberries, and it was pretty delicious. It was frothy but as I had turned it into a milkshake that was the consistency I was looking for. I will not add it to a shaker cup with just water again, but blended into a smoothie I found it pretty enjoyable. Both ways kept me full for about 3 hours even though I only had a half portion.
