I just brought this on a whim. I was trying to find something that would help my mood as well as my hormonal stability. When I started taking this, I felt more energized and in a better mood, however I only been taking it for almost a month before I started to run out. So I don’t know if me feeling better was a placebo effect or if it was really that good. It is a bit expensive for the amount of product, if you take it everyday according to the serving size it’ll go quick especially if other people in your house is using it. I think it is definitely worth a try. It comes packaged and sealed tight and it tastes fresh

Was really surprised with the flavor. Taste cinnamony. Doesn’t have any off putting smell which is a plus. Good value and quality. Still haven’t been using long enough to know if how effective it is. But will buy more. Very healthy

First time trying this product and right away I noticed a huge difference with my bloating issues. Normally I would wait for a while before writing a review but I feel like I have noticed such great changes in such a short time that it was worth the review. I am almost done with my first bottle and my stomach feels so much better than it has in years. Ever since my gall bladder was removed I have had so many issues with my digestion that have forced me to change how I eat. Full disclosure I do take other supplements to help with digestion because I no longer have a gall bladder but this sea moss has helped so much with bloating and given me energy. I already ordered my second bottle because I don’t want to stop taking it. I take two tablespoons ever Morning on an empty stomach it’s the first thing I do. You can take it with tea or food but this is how I chose to take mine. I highly recommend this product. I understand everyone is different, so it might not work or feel the same for everyone but it’s worth trying. I didn’t purchase the flavored sea moss this review is for the original no flavor. It might take a little different but the taste is not bad. It’s texture is softer then jello.
