Theralac has always worked incredibly well for both my kids and I. We have to take antibiotics for various bacterial infections from time to time and Theralac keeps our intestinal biome in check, but we do have to be diligent about taking them 3 – 4 hour away from the antibiotics and on an empty stomach for them to work effectively, otherwise the antibiotics will just kill the Theralac probiotics that we are taking. And on a side note, I notice that when I continue taking the Theralac, it helps with my weight and mood-gut brain connection…I was skeptical at first, but now a definite believer.

Hubby and I have taken these probiotics for years and they work great. I love that once you are titrated up, you only have to take them once or twice a week. I also love that they are formulated to pass thru your tummy without getting clobbered by your stomach acid.
The only downside is they have to be refrigerated. And one BIG bonus: once you soak the labels off, the jars make PERFECT spice jars! I buy all my spices in bulk, and these jars are the best for storing them – airtight and dark to protect your herbs and spices. I put small chalk labels on them and use a “permanent” chalk marker to write the contents.
