These are large 1000mg fish oil gel caps with EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids. These are a little bigger than standard vitamin gel caps, So I decided to chew mine up instead of swallowing them whole. Their taste is fine, the oil tasted fresh and as you would expect, it had a fish oil taste. It did not find them to be strong or overwhelming. I even thought it was more mild than other fish oils I have had, perhaps this is due to the specific blend this brand uses. I have not noticed any negative effects from taking them.
Now, if you are good at swallowing pills, you probably will just swallow them anyways – since these are soft gel caps they will probably go down easily. Either way you take it, the benefits of fish oil to mind and body well known.

This product is excellent. The fish oil supplement is mild to my system and causes no adverse reactions.

I was apprehensive to take fish oil because I heard that it had an aftertaste, but I haven’t noticed that.
I take it with an assortment of other pills after eating a breakfast bar in the morning and I haven’t noticed any aftertaste of fish.
The pills are large but not in diameter, they are elongated, which I think is a smart way to pack 1000mg into a pill. It is still easy to swallow.
The quality is on par with most of the supplements out there and they come at a great price point, so yeah I would order them again.

These fish oil pills are in the standard soft tablet, and due to their dozing size they are much smaller than the ones in my normal routine. The downside to that is I need to take more than one pill a day, which can be hard for me to remember to do. But it is nice to have as a backup in case I run out!
There is no weird taste. They aren’t supposed to be chewed, and unless you have esophageal issues, or difficulty swallowing, they are easy to take with a sip of water and move on with the day. Which is nice. Some brands seem to add fish flavor to the outside of the capsule, which is pretty unpleasant.

I normally use another name brand for my fish oil supplements, but thought I would try this one out. In many ways, it’s no different than what I normally take as far a size, ease to swallow, and the lack of an aftertaste (except later if you burp, but my other one does that too). I appreciate that this is made in the USA, but unfortunately it has less Omega 3 fatty acids than my regular brand. Also, these are more expensive per capsule than the brand I normally use. I’d just say this is an average fish oil supplement, but nothing I’d go out of my way to purchase.
Always something to do –
I have been using fish oil to supplement vitamins and nutrients as I am getting a lot older. I noticed that it takes a bit for me to recover after working out or running. My doctor recommended fish oil for the last couple years to help with my dry eyes and joints. I love that this is 1000 Omega 3 Softgell. Another thing that was also fascinating is my therapist actually also referred fish oil specifically Omedga 3 he said at least 2000 mg so that I wouldn’t feel as depressed sometimes. I don’t like using any anti-depressants since it feels like it fogs me up but after I have been on fish oil for my physical and mental health I noticed a dramatic difference. In how my mind and my body feels. I don’t like taking a bunch of capsules so having this many mgs means that I wont have to take as many capsules. They worked great. Will continue to use this for my health.

Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. The size, shape, and other characteristics of the fish oil omega 3 supplement softgels are similar to other products on the market. There seems to be less fishy aftereffects than most products, although they are not being marketed as “burpless”.
The only real quirk with this product was the actual breakdown of how much EPA and DHA it has, since they have slightly different benefits. This product has a generalized notice that 1000mg fish oil provides 300mg EPA and 300mg DHA. Omega 3 products usually show their own product’s EPA and DHA and don’t use a generalized statement. Since the price is more of a premium than some other brands, I would want that information.
