I’ve been using this, 3 per day, for many years. It is definitely effective! If I don’t take it the ringing returns. An easy fix for an annoying problem.

I am perhaps an odd Duck in this respect: I suffer from four different kinds of Tinnitus, commonly referred to as ear ringing, though ‘ringing’ is not the only way it can manifest. A Doctor would likely advise that there are many kinds or causes for the symptoms so described, to include those arising from natural medical or neurological causes, and those arising from injuries. It is important to note that all four of my forms are thought to stem from injures. Therefore, my review is ONLY useful to readers who have been diagnosed to suffer from injuries… I cannot evaluate the effectiveness of this produce for natural causes.
My symptoms include: two distinctly oscillating frequencies barely discernible, thought caused by prolonged exposure to high-pitched jet engine noise. Ironically, these ‘cross’ each other twice per second producing a more noticeable audible click akin to a watch ticking, at the same rate, 120 times a minute. I have been able to subconsciously use this over some 50 years to know the time of day intuitively, without need to see the Sun or a Clock. I am happy to say this was not impacted in my test of Mason’s Ear Health Plus.
I also suffer impaired hearing from gun fire, which causes a kind of ‘snow’ like audio ‘ringing’ in a low pitch, which my mind tries to make out and causes it to ‘translate’ it into what sounds like distant music or a Men’s Choir group. This wanders from left to right ear, and is also not impacted by the MEHP supplement. Again, I’m not displeased, it is not at all unpleasant, and is great for meditative contemplations and prayer.
I get more traditional ear ringing at random times in one or both ears, and while this is commonly a form common to natural sufferers, it and the final form both became ‘problematic,’ after suffering a head injury in a biking accident. While not debilitating in any sense of the word, it is not pleasant, and I am unhappy to say MEHP was unable to help.
The final form transpires when I shake my head ‘No’ with any rapidity, in which I get a sharp ring akin to rubbing one’s wet fingertip on the rim of Crystal glass. This, too, MEHP did not help.
If you have a natural medical cause for a ringing symptom, I would look for a Reviewer with like symptoms, for a more complete evaluation. My conclusion is that it is ineffective for man-made causes, regardless of if very old injuries, or more recent.

Dislikes: requires two very large pills I find difficult to swallow without risk of choking; I have a kind of obstruction in the shape of my esophagus. Like many tablet medicines/supplements, it is not totally pleasant if left in the mouth very long.

I was looking for some multivitamins and I saw this brand. I like that there isn’t a flavor when taking these pills. I didn’t notice any issues while I was trying them and ultimately felt better when I was. I started taking these because I was worried about my hearing and tinnitus. I can’t say if they made a significant difference after taking one bottle, I imagine this would take a longer period to know for sure.
Overall, the ingredients looked good and no weird smells was a plus.

I suffer from Tinnitus. Sometines it gets quite loud. I have it in both ears. I am pleased to say that when taking this supplement the ringing is noticably less. The pills are rather large and sometimes I get choked up with them, that is the only reason for 1 less star. There is no terrible after taste. These are prices less than a comperable name brand, which looks identical. So far so good. I will continue to take these as long as they work for me.

It’s too early to tell for sure, but this hasn’t made any change in hearing ability or tinnitus. Maybe I’m being skeptical by hoping for instant results but no change after 30 days. I’ll keep at it and update my review (up or down) if the ringing improves.
