Love that this comes in a three pack, with an extended expiration date. Also love that these are manufactured in the United States. They are lab tested, drug-free, and certified good manufacturing practice. It is guaranteed not to include dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame, sugar, yeast, fragrance, artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, animal products or sodium. What more could you ask for.
I love that the dosage is quite small and perfect for children 4 years and up. I am also very pleased because as a senior citizen, I have some negative effects of taking higher doses of melatonin, so this is perfect for me as well.

I like these low dosage melatonin supplements. They have a pleasant taste. You can chew them or dissolve them under your tongue. The smaller dose is great for kids. As an adult I found that 2 even help me get to sleep more quickly. The sleep I’ve experienced is sound and I don’t feel groggy if I get at least 5 hours.

Let’s be honest, most research suggests that melatonin amounts are way too high in supplement form. These .5mg quantities are the perfect amount to really control how much you’re getting before bed. It’s just the right amount to improve sleep quality without experiencing any deleterious effects. Although they are marketed towards kids, they’re great for adults as well. One tablet for regular evenings where you need to wind down a bit from long screen time, two for those really intense days where you are wired. And, of course, don’t take it every night if you can avoid it. That seemed to be the perfect practice for these.

Update – I’m ordering these again for a third time. We ran out. They’re part of bedtime! Glad I found these. The low dosage is just enough to help him relax and fall asleep naturally. You know it’s a good product when you keep going back to buy it several times again after using it up!
These melatonin pills are great for my son, who has a rare genetic condition that keeps his brain from developing enough melatonin of it’s own. It’s nice having a single serving chewable tablet as opposed to the messy liquid drops we used to use. He has one at bedtime every night. I call it his “bedtime candy” and he crunches it right up. I assume they taste great! I am going to deduct one star though, as he was able to easily remove the child proof lid from the bottle himself when he got a hold of it. Luckily I was there and nothing happened, but could be a very bad thing if someone wasn’t careful.

We LOVE this Melatonin! My kids have ADHD and are on the autism spectrum, and melatonin is critical in helping them get sleep. These melatonin tablets taste great and my kids love them. I love that they have no artificial colors (big NO NO for many ADHD/ASD kids), are sugar free, and come in a a low dose. At 500 micrograms (the lowest I’ve seen), each pill is only a half milligram, giving you a lot of control over dosing. Many melatonin gummies are 3mg or more, but plenty of studies have shown that higher doses aren’t necessarily more effective. They may even be less effective. The higher doses of melatonin gave my youngest scary nightmares and caused my oldest to fall asleep quickly but then have interrupted sleep. I tried them myself and also had bizarre and vivid dreams. These lower doses are great because you can experiment with exactly how much gets you the best results (I.e. you can give multiple tablets of course), without having to cut anything in half or thirds or whatever. 1 mg (2 tablets) seems to work best for my kids), which is somewhat shocking since 5mg was pretty standard for kids melatonin gummies just a few years ago. My kids think they taste like candy (and say it’s hard to let them dissolve rather than chew them because they taste so good), they have no bad stuff in them, and I love the control I get from the low dosing per pill. I strongly recommend these tablets. The ONLY downside I can think of is that if you’re going to price compare per mg of melatonin, these aren’t bargain priced. But, again, the point is that I don’t want those 5 mg gummies in the first place. I’d rather pay the same price for the lower dose, with less sugar and junk in it, and be able to control dosing so my kids don’t have nightmares.

First of all, this is a great deal for 3 jars of 60 pills each of this medicine. The dosage is low, but I actually like it specially for the kids (because I take them too as an adult). The taste is good and it works!! what else can I ask for??
