Involves making time to have 1 or 2 spa days, a week, one of those days includes Sunday as it just makes the beginning of the week, feel so much better. I cleanse, do a steam to open pores then use the Mnhybteam Jelly Mask on my face. I use bottled water (purified) to make a fairly thick but not too thick paste, I use the flat spoon like spatula that came w/ the product to apply instead of my fingers and I leave it on for 15 mins to get the full effect. The mask can be peeled off the face, once removed, rinse w/ lukewarm water and pat dry. Really makes my skin feel hydrated.

I have this jelly mask in Bulgarian rose. It has a lovely rose scent that is not overpowering. I tend not to be a huge fan of rose scents, but this one is fresh and light. This kit comes with everything you need to mix and apply the jelly mask. There is a small bowl, mixing tool, 2 flexible tip spatulas, and a scoop along with the large canister of powder. When mixing the powder with water, be sure not to add too much water. I think thicker is definitely better so it’s not dripping off your face (I’ve made that mistake before). Keeping it thicker along the edges also makes it easier to remove later on. The mask has a cooling feel on the skin that is wonderfully refreshing. I leave it on about 20 minutes before peeling off. My skin feels fresh, hydrated, and has a nice glow after using this mask. This is a large canister, so it should last a long time.

One of my favorite things to do at home is spa night. This mask is awesome! I love how you scoop the powder and add the water yourself so it will never dry out or decompose/separate like some in tubes do sometimes. It would be nice if it said how much to scoop, though, so I don’t overuse the powder. I really like the feel, texture, quality, and how my skin looks and feels after use.

I appreciate the simplicity of this product. The gel mask is easy to prepare and has a delightful aroma. It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. While the gel texture is enjoyable, I’ve found that it can be slightly challenging to remove every last bit from around my hairline.

I tested this product in the Bulgarian Rose scent.
You mix two scoops of the powder with one cone of water in the little pink bowl, and what results is a lot like sorbet and sand. I mistakenly used the mixing spatula to apply it to my face, and it made my face look like it was melting (with the product on). The amount is plenty to cover your whole face and neck, but good luck getting it out of your hair.
This is also meant to be peeled off. If you try to wash it off, it will take a LOT of water–when it’s wet it has the feel of seaweed. The box tells you to wait 20 minutes, and it does take 20 minutes to become peelable.
I appreciated that the rose scent wasn’t overwhelmingly strong. It wasn’t strong at all.
It smells a bit less of rose when it’s actually mixed and on your face than in the powder form.
The product comes with two brushes. These will likely make for a more even and smooth application, but I’m not sure how easy it is to clean the brushes–perhaps some hot water?
After peeling most of it off, I was able to get the rest of the pink bits in the shower.
It might be tedious to remove if you don’t take a shower afterwards.

I liked the way this product made my skin feel and it was fun to use. The problem I had was that it was difficult to get off as it kept breaking apart into small pieces. I had two rubs several areas of my skin to get the small pieces off. It’s possible that I could not use enough product but I did measure it as instructed. If I were to use it again I would probably use a larger quantity to get a thicker mask going. It’s also possible that this stuff is just hard to get off in general.

Very cruddy. Hard to peel off. I followed the measurements to exact as it says and it was still hard to work with. I am going to continue using for benefits of course but just be prepared for a mess when peeling off. Feels lightweight not too heavy. I did notice a difference in my skin. It felt softer.
