I bought this because my ophthalmologist recommended that I use a warm compress on my eyes regularly. I like a really hot towel wrapped around my face when I get a facial, but I’m NOT going to mess with a wet towel at bedtime. This is an easy-to-use alternative. I heat a large tea cup of water, grab my tea bag and my gel pad and crawl into bed. First, I drop the gel pad into the water to heat it up. ( comes with an s-hook so you can fish it out without getting wet) Insert the hot gel pad into the mask, and drop the tea bag into the cup. The eye pad is just the right temperature and provides a nice, warm compress for about five minutes while my tea brews! Very glad I bought this!

This item is junk so don’t waste your money. Crappy construction. Mask doesn’t mold to your eyes. You have to physically hold it against your eyes for it to actually touch your eyes. It doesn’t stay warm. Also, NO RETURNS?! Ridiculous.

Exceptional product, purchased due to dry eyes and swollen eye lids. Works very well with simple instructions and 2 gel pacs and mask. The warm gel pac is very relaxing and the presentation of the products is gift worthy!!!!

I suffer from dry eyes, but did not want to buy a microwave JUST to heat eye masks.
So, I am thankful that this product is available—because I could just soak them in hot water!
I have purchased at least 4 packages in the past 3 years for myself and my mom.
That’s great that this product comes the insulated holder to hold in gel pack in place, and there are two gel packs in a package. The blue gel substance does eventually start to leak into the hot water, so, having two is very helpful!
One suggestion to the manufacturer : Could you please consider using silicone so that your customers are not exposed to BPA and BPT. As a loyal customer, I am certainly willing to pay a little more for silicone, so to not being exposed to more toxins than we already do! Thank you!

I live in place where the pollen count is off the charts and it takes a toll on my eyes. This is a godsend on my irritated eyes. I can freeze it to reduce puffiness or heat it to soothe my dry eyes. It has 2 gel pads so I can keep one in the freezer and ready to go with one ready to be heated if needed.

Very sturdy plastic – I was nervous it would melt being directly placed into freshly boiled water but it didn’t. Haven’t tried the cooling yet (this is mainly what I got it for) but I tried the heat and it was fantastic! Excited to try the Cooling tomorrow morning as I usually wake up with puffy eyes some days worse than others.

This was one of the best purchases I have made in a long time! I have been getting a lot of headaches lately from computer-induced eye strain, which makes it hard to sleep at night. I have tried using sleep masks before but they didn’t seem to help, and I have heard that heat or cold might help. This mask looked like a good option because it can work with either one. It comes with two separate gel packs so you can leave one in the refrigerator (or in a cup of hot water) and let it acclimate while you are using the other. The material is soft and very comfortable. The only problem I have with this mask is that I didn’t have it years ago!
