Before I share my experience with this mask, I’d like to give a thumbs up to customer service.
After I received the mask, I was very pleased to get a follow up email from customer service to ensure all was well and to provide tips and have someone available for questions. I took advantage of this and asked many questions and received a prompt detailed response every time. This by itself is a huge plus for me. It shows that this company genuinely cares about its customers and not just about selling their product.
I bought this device for my fine wrinkles. I’m in my fifties. After trial and error, I found that the device is more comfortable without the elastic band and I didn’t even use the goggles as they caused excessive pressure on my eyes. I just put two pieces of cotton on my nose bridge where most of the pressure is on the rubber edges. I lie down and can read or use my phone or just close my eyes and relax. I set it in the red color light on highest energy for 25 minutes every day on weekdays, and two 25 minutes on the weekends.
After trial and error and with customer service input, I’ve also found that using the device after or with other cosmetic treatments gives far better results than using it on its own for fine wrinkle. It gives an extra boost to whatever you’re using. For example, I noticed a great difference in fine lines when I use it after a DIY glycolic peel or with other anti wrinkle treatments. I feel like it’s absorbed more. Bottom line, this device works well but you need to be both persistent and patient.

It doesn’t work anymore & I’ve only had it for 6 months. The remote makes this weird chirping noise & does not work, the mask is fine. For something so expensive it shouldn’t be this easily broken/cheap!! I’ve used it a handful of times. Super disappointed.
I received a damaged one –
In reviews, I saw a remote with the product. And usually LED masks come with a remote. When I complaint to Amazon customer care they refused to Take return of the item.
So telling all of you , please do not buy this product. You can get better products for cheaper which also have a remote to control the brightness and intensity of the LED sessions.

NEWKEY LED mask is absolutely amazing. I am honestly shocked how quickly it works especially on acne’s and redness!
I have a couple of beauty apparatus and they work pretty well. Like Nuface, it works great on my face and neck. I also have other apparatus like YA-MAN. Unfortunately, they don’t work well on my nose where my most sensitive skin part is!
I decided to get this after reading all the reviews. I did the test as it says and waited for 48 hours and make sure I am not allergic to all the led lights. Then I started using it. The mask is a little loose for my head so I tied it up with a rubber ban, then it fits perfectly. It came with a pair of eye masks but I don’t they are comfortable. It’s unnecessary anyway! The remote is easy and simple to use, the cord is long enough to let me lay in bed and relax while using it.
The mask is guaranteed that my whole face especially my nose is under the light, it helps with redness on my nose a lot! I just happened to have a break out on the forehead, I used the blues light only one time, it went away the next day, I am definitely amazed!
I have used red, blue, and yellow lights so far, I’d love to update later once I used the other lights!
Overall, this mask is worth it!

This will be a LEGIT REVIEW. I will keep it short, lol. Basically, I just bought a 3rd mask for my mother for early Xmas gift. First one was for us, 2nd one for my sister in law. Despite how lazy and busy I am all the time I do feel I owe them a review of the product. The first mask we bought was for us.
I was impressed right away because you don’t have to wear eye goggles underneath to protect you from the bright lights. Iris from company had reached out to me and explained that they’ve done MANY TESTS and assured me that my eyes would be protected. The rubber protectors (SEE PICTURE attached) inside are what block out the light. About 90% of masks out there don’t have this part so you HAVE to wear the goggles underneath or else LED lights will harm your eyes. That’s important that you understand this point. It also fits comfortably on your face. I highly advise you to keep the straps loose, the mask’s weight will hold it on your face when you lay down, so no need to make it so tight. You might see an indentation on your brows after.
The remote is super EASY to use. In about 2-3 pushes and you’re set to go. If you did your research about this mask you find out that the mask is one of 2 out there in the market that is FDA approved. Also it has some kind of coating that prevents it from scratches. The default setting will auto put you on the RED light first, for 20 minutes (will turn off auto by itself), and you can adjust power 1-5. Personally, I like the Auto Mode of the 7 Colors, meaning all 7 colors will change within that 20 minutes. I also set power to level 5. Keep in mind you may also can adjust the time.
Does it work you may ask? YES!!!!!!!!!!!! My god, after the first session my face looked dramatically better, more colors, better tone complexion, etc… Keep in mind I’m a guy, I’m not proficient with facial skin terminology. Anyway, my girl and I’ve been using it maybe for 3 weeks now. We do skip using it every other day. I also notice when I shave my face will in flame, lots of redness, and this mask does help my face go back to normal about 30%. If you have the money, BUY IT!!! It’s worth it.
One other thing I do want to confess. Before buying this mask, I did buy one other mask from a different company which I ended up returning. We didn’t like it because you have to wear goggles underneath and we experienced blurred vision. I didn’t like it. This one you DON’T. That’s very important. Also that mask’s remote control was very hard to use. And it wasn’t FDA approved like this one.
