The nose cutout is not actually cut out of the clear plastic layer (see pics) so it smooshes your nose down when wearing and is uncomfortable and obstructs breathing, especially since you have to strap the mask on pretty snug to your face. I DIY cut it myself with a knife but it’s messy and not ideal. Not sure why they didn’t machine cut it. Also the mouth hole is a big too big so the mask doesn’t cover my whole chin

Most red light therapies use 660 and a bit higher visible red light. This one is within range of 600-950nm. Its supposed to be effective although I question if higher 635 to 650 nm are more effective. Studies suggest higher ranges can cause burning and other side effects. Maybe they want to play it safe which is okay with me being a first time user. As far as the effects in a week: I will have to repost in 30 days from Today.
Charge it asap for it takes 2-3 hours to fully charge. Wash and dry face before use. Turns on to the red holding button then click once to change colors. Not used any other than red. Connect the velcro straps which are very good.
The mask is flat. It is not ergonomically designed. Not a problem it still close to the skin. I’m tall 6 ft and Ave male. No bad side effects yet.
If it does what its supposed to then this is a great buy as long as it last 2 to 3 years. Very easy to set up and use. Lightweight and flexible to contour face. So far I’m happy. It doesn’t have that many lights not sure it needs them uou can move it around during session.
The eye goggles aren’t very good. Hard to put on and stay in place. As a first time user I’m happy being 59$. Others are 200 to 500 dollars. Will repost if it helps my skin.

This mask is so so cool! It has eye cushions for comfort. It’s super easy to use has 7 different lights and a remote to make it even easier! Great addition to weekly skincare routine and a great price!!

It was a little awkward at first. It’s not plastic it’s like a silicone and sits onto he skin, but has these eye pieces that keep the lights away from your face. It was relaxing I didn’t realizes the lights went off the first time, so each time I use it I now set a 15 minute timer and do that. The appearance is sleek. It’s a bit bulky but not bad. I was able to slip my glasses over it so while I used it I coukd lay down and play a fame on my phone. It preforms nicely. I have seen a slight difference in my skin texture and I’ve been using it for 3 weeks. Make sure to moisturize immediately after, and stay away from direct sunlight for the first 20 minutes. Let the skin rest. Definitely recommend this!
