I really enjoy wearing steam eye masks. I do find them to help me relax and unwind. I have never used any with acupuncture stickers, so this was a new thing for me. The acupuncture stickers actually have a menthol-like scent and are cooling on the skin. They are supposed to help with the meridian points and help relieve tension while you’re wearing the eye mask which does press down on the meridians points
these are very comfortable to wear, and the fit is great on my face as they cover my eyes very nicely. As my title says these are the longest I mask that I have worn that retain the warmth. Normally, eye masks only retain the warmth for about 15-20 minutes, however this brand stays warm well over 45 minutes for me. This is a really great at home spa experience.

It works really well, especially for people who wear contact lenses and glasses for a long time. I have serious dry eye ,using this eye mask make me feel eyes moist, very comfortable! My kids take one pair daily cause they look too much iPad.

I was worried these would be highly fragranced and irritated my eyes. But, they are not. There is no real fragrance at all. The ear holes are stretchy and comfy and for me at least these fit not so tight against my eyes, so you get the heat, but not as much contact with the delicate eye area. I love them. They are so soothing!

So, the first night I used the mask, I hadn’t even noticed the pressure dots in the box, so I wore the mask without them. As a steam mask, I felt it got hot enough but did not feel that it pressed against my face enough, and so I held it in place to get more contact and heat on my skin. This was not too annoying to do.
I went to look at the reviews and realized that I was supposed to put the acupressure dots on. That’s when I took a closer look at the box and saw it was barely mentioned on the instructions. One small diagram, but not much about it. If the box is ever redesigned, it might be a good idea to make the role of the acupressure dots and their application more prominent.
Anyway, the second time I wore the steak mask to be, I first applied the dots. I think I felt something in those spots and I definitely didn’t feel a need to hold the as in place.
The dots and steak mask felt good. My eyes are sometimes tired and I like being able to wear something like this to bed at night to rest my eyes.
