I can see it would work great as a sleep mask because it blocks out all the light. I actually love the Velcro as opposed to a flimsy adjustable strap because it is thicker and doesn’t move as much. I like the concept of a magnet but would have liked it on both sides. The only issue I had was although the heat output is very good with 3 settings 40%, 70% and 100% which is very hot IMO. But you can’t feel the heat on your eye lids unless you pressed the mask into your eye lids. But at 40% output pressing it on my eye lids is already very comforting.

I ordered this and it arrived quickly and well packaged. I washed my face before bed and moisturized my face and eyes since I knew this was a heated mask. The fact that it was heated is what I was most excited about. I opened the package and realized how nice the contouring cups were, they made the mask super comfortable and my eyes weren’t pressed upon which was nice. The heated aspect worked well and was VERY relaxing. The material and feel of this eye mask is really nice. Overall, I am really pleased with this and glad I ordered it!

This product is good but not great. The cord is very short so if you wear to bed you would have to stay in one position. The instructions on how to use it and the button, as well as the light indicator is very confusing so it took me a while to get understand how to use it.
Overall the product is solid with a few flaws.

Welp. I guess how you feel about this eye mask will depend on what you’re using it for. I tend to have a lot of pain AROUND my eyes, as well as behind them. This eye mask doesn’t provide any heat AROUND the eyes. It only heats in a small area directly OVER each eye. If that’s all you needed or wanted, you’ll probably love this.
The mask itself is extremely comfortable. It’s remarkably lightweight, and the foamy areas around the eyes conform extremely well to the face. The conformity means you are getting a little cup of heat over each eye. The cloth is a soft, textured material. It’s not as breathable as cotton, but it’s not suffocating. Possibly one of the most comfortable and secure-fitting masks I’ve tried.
There’s a wide band with a large Velcro strap. It fit my small head fine, with a lot leftover. The power cord snaps onto a little knob on the side of the mask using a magnetic attachment; you just have to get it close enough to snap into position. The power cord connects via USB end to a wall adapter or computer or whatever. There’s a single button controller that is color coded to indicate heat level; this defaults to the hottest setting, which is red.
According to the instructions, you can spray a little water on your face first to create steam during use. But, paradoxically, you aren’t supposed to use the device in a “humid” environment. So. IDK.
Yes, this comes with a storage bag, but it’s not really a convenient size for the product. You’d have to fold the mask at the nose area and squish it in there to fit.
I would consider this a more giftable product with better packaging; it comes in a really cheap looking box. There’s currently no price listed for this item, so I can’t comment on the value.

I followed the instruction manual but the only power to the controller unit was a momentary blinking red light that, whether I held the ON button for the specified 3 seconds or any other length of time I could try, resulted in no heat and no LEDs indicating anything else. I never got to use the unit once because, although it was getting power from my USB, it would never turn on. Very disappointed, and returned the unit. I would not recommend anyone else purchase this model.

Really like the 3d design of this eyemask, I have a couple of other ones who end up pressing on my eyes too much and my vision gets blurry. So this one is really comfortable, I can actually open my eyes while wearing it and there are no problems. And the fact that it heats up is great. I used it on the highest setting and it felt nice, unfortunately I was hoping that it will help with clearing my sinuses, but it didn’t work for that, but my eyes did feel more rested. One complain that I would have is that the cable comnects vua magnet so it unpluggs very easily, but other than that I didn’t really had issues.

This eye mask arrived in a printed giftable cardboard box with a little carrying bag, a charging cable, and a soft heated eye mask.
The eye mask is made with ultra-soft fuzzy lining with an attached magnet bottom for charging, which also shows the flashing red or blue light during the operation.
I felt great, comfortable, soothing, and relaxed after about 15 minutes treatment. It seems to relieve my tired burning dry eye a little.

I didn’t read the product description closely enough and received this product today. Before I opened the sealed box, I went back and read the full description and other information and realized it doesn’t suit my needs at all, and could be harmful for my eyes. I need moist heat, and one that doesn’t need to be plugged in, to work. Returning today, already have my QR code.
