It feels like it only covers limited area because of the shape, the texture and the quantity of liquid in it. Maybe it’s better when it warms up, but when it is cold, I don’t have much impact from it.

Arrived fast , 2 pairs instead of the just one Iv usually ordered. Iv only used them from the fridge or even freezer never tried warm/hot. They really have multiple uses you can have them on to help with any puffiness / tiredness under your eyes, can help add a burst of coolness after saunas or hotbubs just out of the bath or hot shower . They have helped relieve headaches and helped me nap better. You can apply serums or creams and then apply this so the products can sit and stay in the skin longer and have more of an affect while you spend a little time relaxing . Glad there’s two my gal pal can wear w me while we have girl time and feel like spa time. Soft , flexible , adjustable

I use these to give my eyes some extra care when I have a long day working at my computer. The soft-side of the pack is perfect for reducing the swelling around my eyes and to help me feel a bit refreshed so I can keep going.
Once the soft side starts to lose its chilliness, I flip to the plastic side and get another 20 minutes out of the pack before tossing it back in the freezer. I like that it’s a two-pack. It’s nice to have a backup so I never have to wait when I want to wear one.

I love the product but it only works good as a ice pack not a heating pad I tried to heat it up for one minute but within 34 seconds it popped open , do not heat it up in any kind of way it will melt or pop open , BUT I DO LOVE IT AS AN ICE PACK IT WORKS VERY WELL I WILL ORDER AGAIN JUST TO USE AS AN ICE PACK FOR MY EYES

These eye masks come with detailed instructions on how to both chill them and warm them. I have never seen gel eye masks that can be heated up so this is a unique feature. I have developed eczema around my eyes, and these are really helping me manage it! The inflammation gets severe at times and putting these on after they have been in the freezer is helping me manage the pain and irritation. They are super soothing and easy to put on and stay on when and where you need them. I also use them when my eyes are puffy and they help with that too. I haven’t used them when warm yet but it is nice to have that option. These masks appear to be well made and meant to last. Getting them in a 2 pack is great. You can keep one in the freezer and have one on hand to heat up. The color is super cute and the gel beads look glittery! I really like the appearance, versatility and usefulness of these masks.

I ordered this mask set in blue. get very frequent headaches and have tried practically every cooling method on the planet. An entire drawer in my freezer is various masks, bags, and ice packs. I didn’t have any masks quite like this that have the eye holes open. This is nice because you can still see through it during use if needed. The color is a pretty pale blue with the beads more of a brighter teal color. The adjustable elastic is comfortable and fits my average-sized head well. There is a soft fabric side of each mask while the other side is the direct beads. While you can use this mask from the fridge or heated in the microwave, I keep them in the freezer. They are the ideal temperature to use right out of the freezer (unlike some products which freeze too cold). The beads are excellent because they conform to your face. However, their longevity isn’t as good as some other products – though it is similar to other products with gel beads, and since two are included, one can be used while the other is in the freezer. Overall, this is a great, useful product at a reasonable price point.
