This is the best mask I’ve founding for aching head and eyes burning from overuse. The gel has a soothing and very even weight distributed over eyes, sinuses, forehead, and temples,. The wide velcro at the back of the head lets you adjust pressure and air flow around the eyes, too. The mask stays cool for a good while, depending of course on bodily and ambient heat or coolness. (I mean, the mask is great but not MAGIC. If you’re in a 95° unconditioned room, it’ll naturally cool off quicker than if you’re in 68° air conditioning. Even after it reaches room temperature, though, it provides a calming weight and darkness. Bravo!

It feels amazing when you go to sleep so if you have any kind of congestion, it’s wonderful. Just remember to take it off and switch to some other kind of mask because you will wake up in the morning and almost feel like your face is sweating. It’s not breathable at all.

I need to wear one to protect my dry eyes from the moving air of the ceiling fan (which I will not do without!). This one is the most comfortable and fits well. The design is very clever in that you can open your eyes with the mask on and also absolutely no light peeks through if you have it on correctly. The only thing I don’t like is the strap. It works fine and keeps the mask snug but I feel the elastic should be a little wider. Even a cloth band that attaches with Velcro would be better, as it would cover your ears and not go up and over your ear like this one. It washes up easily.
All in all, I love it.

I purchased this while in the mist of dealing with migraine headaches. I rushed the purchase and paid extra for shipping. The quality of the mask is excellent and beats expectation. It is well made and provides complete blackout. When the mask is cold WOW!! The only thing I would improve is how long the mask last cold. I did think about returning it for just this reason, but frankly the quality of the mask was just that good, and I can work around the cold issue which I need when the headaches are this bad.
If the manufacture improves this one thing they would have a loyal client forever. I would be happy to test other variations:-)

Extremely comfortable and works great! I work late nights so I’m a day sleeper as well as a side sleeper! This is extremely comfortable and I love the fact that I can pop it into the freezer and it helps me fall asleep! It soothes my eyes and blocks the light wonderfully!!

If I could leave negative stars I would. A few hours after using this mask last night I felt burning and itching. On my eyelids, sockets, temples forehead and even upper ears – everywhere the mask rested on my skin. I can actually see a 5” strip of red burning itching on my skin exactly where the mask was. Have blisters on my eyelids form this. I am still in pain 12 hours later! Mask went straight in the garbage!
Update 48 hours later I still have red swollen eyelids and burn-like red patches under my eyes from this mask
