Love Love Love this mask! I’ve tried multiple options post op and all have felt stiff and uncomfortsble or too heavy. My daughter sent this to me and from minute one I was impressed! It’s super soft. No sharp or rough edges. The headband is adjustable and comfortable and can even be adjusted while wearing. The internal pieces are also soft and contoured with no sharp edges. Freezes quickly for reuse. Perfect for the 20 min sessions. Not too cold. Remains flexible and contourable even when frozen. Its the perfect solution to reduce swelling on the tender eye area. Highly recommend! Worth every penny!

This eye mask is comfortable with the adjustable band. Some eye mask squeeze this one does not. It came with two round cooling packs and one in the shape of the mask. I like the round ones the best. Great value and good quality. The mask shaped pack is easy to use but it is almost to fold with the material. The round ones have material on one side so not as cold. Performance the mask keeps the light out.

First of all, there is no manual like the ad says: “…You can put the gel ice pack in fridge or microwave by following the instructions on the manual…” There is only one almost worthless piece of paper, one sided, with a picture of the gel pad but nothing about the 2 round gel packs. It clearly shows and states “Put the gel in the fridge” & “Put the gel in (the) microwave” but it only shows the single gel not the other two! So which is it?
The first instruction is “Fetch from fridge/microwave” with a picture of the long, single gel pack.
Of the 4 “instructions” the 4th says: “Put on”.
The material is nice but when I put it on I could feel it pressing on my eyeballs.
I will us their contact address: support @luxtude.com and hope I can get more info, like which gel pack to heat and which to put in the refrigerator. If this simple solution to a problem that they created sounds moronic, it’s because it is!
Well, I looked again and one of the pictures in the original ad that states what’s included says: “Round Ice Pack x 2” but no mention of heat for the other gel pack. Oh well. I give up!
Since I have started using it I have become more positive about the product. Once you figure out what the manufacture doesn’t seem to be able to fully communicate, it is comfortable and does work, I assume, as well as other eye pads. I heated he gel pad – the long one – for 15 sec. and it was too hot so I had to wait for it to cool down, which takes a while since it stays warm (which is good). The next day I heated it for 10 sec. and it wasn’t hot enough. I put it back for 5 more sec. and it still wasn’t hot enough but I used it anyway. I assume I will figure out what the proper microwave time should be. It’s easy to use and comes with a nice travel bag. I recommend it.
