This is a very fine sift of ghassoul. I sprinkle a tiny bit on a little water and use it to wash my face. It leaves my skin clean and soft. Or, I’ll mix a bit more and do a mask from the shoulders up. A little goes a long way.

This product was great I use it as a shampoo alternative. It got the idea from a youtuber I follow fusionofcultures. It makes my hair feel super soft and shiny. I also hear you can use it as a face mask but I haven’t done so yet. For my hair I mix the powder with essential oils, aloe vera juice and water. Works wonders. It doesn’t irritate my scalp it just feels clean. I made some for my sister who has super sensitive skin and dry flaky scalp and it has worked very well for her as well. I used this on my dense, low porosity, extremely kinky natural hair and my hair LOVES this stuff (my hair usually hates almost everything). If you have hair similar to mine, I highly suggest mixing this with hot water (the clay absorbs the water better and creates less clumps). Also putting this clay on your hair while it is still warm is just heaven. I left it on my hair for about 30 minutes, covering it with a plastic cap. It rinsed out very easily.
What the clay left behind completely surprised me. My hair was super clean, moisturized like I have never felt it and a breeze to detangle! WOW!! My hair felt thicker and just amazing! There was no need to deep condition. I can’t wait to use this again. Great product… I like this much better than bentonite clay.

I use this clay for my 4a/b/c low porosity hair. If I am clarifying my hair with castile soap I use this as a conditioning mask afterwards. Otherwise I use it as a shampoo mask. I mix this with warm coconut water and add honey, grapeseed oil and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Depending on the weather I also use vegetable glycerine. I apply to wet hair and cover with plastic caps for 30 minutes to a hour and then rinse out. It has improved the condition of my hair by adding moisture. My hair and scalp are left clean and healthy. Also if your hair is low porosity use very warm water in your hair treatments and add heat when deep conditioning. It helps to open up your hair cuticle to allow moisture to penetrate.
