It was recommended to use moist heat for my dry eyes. Easy to use, 5 heat settings, up to 60 minutes of heat, but I fell asleep to fast to see if it really stayed warm that long. It says to spritz the mask w water for moist heat, worked perfect! I like heat so I tried the warmest setting and that was just a little to warm for my eyes so I went 1 level down and that was very pleasant. The side for the eyes is a beautiful silky material. There are little pouches at the bottom to keep light out, just right! Only downfall I noticed was the heat is at the uppermost area of the mask and in order to not have it obstruct my breathing from my nose I had to slide it up a bit. That might be intentional so there isn’t to much heat directly over the eyeballs. I would recommend this, I love it!

My ophthalmologist told me to use warm, moist compresses every day. What a mess! With this mask, I can do moist heat with a few drops of water and the heat is maintained for the entire 20 minutes! (Also gives me time to work on mindfulness!). I bought this mask in December 2022. In May 2023, it stopped working! I wrote to customer service and Julie, who is a gem, verified my original purchase and I had a new mask within a week. THAT’S customer service. Working with Julie was great and she made the entire process easy and painless. I recommend this mask whether you suffer from Dry Eye Syndrome, like me, or just need a way to disconnect from the world and relax.

I bought this as an alternative to the messy goggles my opthalmologist recommended for ocular rosacea (I didn’t know it was a thing either!) The goggles are nice but they need to be reset by boiling after each use to reset the snap to create the chemical reaction to make the heat. Once they inserts are activated you then need to place them in a moist sleeve and put in the goggles and then wear the goggles for 10-15 minutes. We can all say, I don’t have time for that! (But for me it’s utter laziness!) I wanted something easy I could place at bedside to help soothe the ocular rosacea that causes dryness and itchiness. At this point I can only say that they, currently just out of the box, heat up nicely but I needed to put the heel of my hands over my eye sockets to get the heat to the lash line where it is needed. I may try a corner of my weighted blanket and if that doesn’t work then I’ll try buying a weighted mask. I don’t have, nor do I want or have room for a microwave, so something like that is out of the question. I’m out like $18 and even if I have to buy a weighted mask, it’s still considerably less than the $80 for the goggles which will need chemical insert replacements 3-4 times a year. So far, so good with modifications for MY needs. If you just want a heated mid-face mask, go for it!

Update: the company sent me a new mask to replace the one which quit getting warm. This one gets nice and warm/hot. It doesn’t smell as strongly of lavender as the other one but the main reason I use it is for the heat.
Update 10 months later. The mask barely gets warm now. Very disappointed.
This mask gets plenty hot at the highest setting (where I like it). It is very relaxing and the lavender smells great. It’s also very comfortable to use when using it for a dry eye treatment. It is not comfortable for sleeping because of the wire, but that isn’t what it was designed for. This will work to melt the oils in your tear ducts and give you relief from dry, irritated eyes. I end up with blurry vision for a few minutes right when it gets to that point. Usually one eye first and then the other. If I use this every day, there isn’t enough build up to cause blurry vision, but if I go 4 or 5 days there is.

I have bought this product at least 4 times in the last 4 Yeats my last purchase stopped working after 3 months even though I’m very gentle with it. the controller is faulty and poorly made it turns on and you can choose time and heat bu then it turns itself off. It has been the sane issue with each purchase I will be looking for a better brand

Very cozy and smells great but it didn’t get as hot as I would have liked. I suffer from migraines and I will say that this helps block the light, add pressure to the head from the strap, and a little heat. The lavender also calmed me down. If you have migraines, you know any relief is something. So I’d recommend it overall.

For one I am returning this product. The packaging torn and look like something waste on it is not really a big concern because the mask didn’t look used. I can’t say pros and cons on this review because they were all cons for me. The lavender scent to me does not smell like lavender and I don’t know if I could deal with it due to the mask being useless to me. It does not get hot enough on high and the heat only covers a small portion of the mask. You have to put the mask on super tight to even feel the heat otherwise you will barely feel any heat. This mask can not possibly help with my sinus at all let along my dry eyes and I know definitely not a migraine. I would rather keep my microwave one that get hotter, cover more area, and cost almost 20.00 cheaper.

Hello! I just got my mask literally like 10 mins ago from amazon. I can honestly say I am really satisfied and happy I went with this heating eye mask. First off the packaging was soooo nice and really eye appealing! Ironic since it’s for the eyes lol but seriously from the packaging to the actual holder it comes in. AND the best part. The lavender is NOT over whelming. Usually with some products for me the lavender is to strong and I end up not using the product. This lavender smell is just right. The mask fit my face so well and i love the design in the back. So happy it’s not Velcro! You can really adjust it to fit snug. The settings are awesome and it heated up quickly and heated down quickly when i put it on a lower level. This is going to help tremendously with my headaches, sinus issues and dry eye due to lasik. Thank you so much! I will def be purchasing more from your company in the future!
