As a fan of Mary Ruth’s Liquid Vitamins, I was excited to try this almond-flavored variant. However, I must admit that it didn’t quite meet my expectations.
While I can’t deny the effectiveness of the product, I found the consistency to be very thick, and the almond flavor wasn’t to my taste. It’s not that it doesn’t work – it’s just not my preferred flavor profile.
That being said, if I had no other options, I would consider purchasing it again for its health benefits. However, if given the choice, I would opt for a different flavor. I believe having more flavor options would cater to a wider range of preferences.

I have been so far very impressed with the hair growth supplement! While I’ve only been taking it a little over a month, I have not yet seen any new hair growth, but I quickly noticed that the shedding has significantly changed! My tub drain is no longer clogging and I see fewer strands of fall out. I will continue to take this product and have enjoyed exploring new ways to take it by adding it on top of cereal, waffles, and yogurt at breakfast. Easy to swallow and tastes great!

So I bought this with minimal hope of it actually working. I have fine hair that has drastically thinned in motherhood. I honestly didn’t think it was doing anything for my hair. I hate how expensive it is but the taste was pretty good. I noticed the difference after I stopped using it for 2 weeks I started noticing my hair falling out in clumps again similar to when it fell out postpartum. I will give it another try to see if the results stay with continued use.

I must say out of all vitamins and minerals that I have taken Mary Ruth by far is the best but this flavor I cannot digest it. It’s a little too sweet for me. I should’ve gotten the other flavor cause it’s just sitting in my fridge. I have other Mary Ruth products but this flavor for me. I just don’t like it.

TL;DR I love this stuff & you will too. If you don’t know Mary’s Organics’ products, congratulations your life is about to get so much better.
The Hair Growth Max tastes like a Biscoff cookie, SPECIFICALLY, if you know you know. If you don’t, it’s like the best variety of ginger snap you’ve never had.
Now onto the results. First, let me say that the last decade has been HARD on my skin. I swear I didn’t have many aging signs even into my late 20s, and then hit 30 and finally saw all the damage coming together. Scars, hyperpigmentation, acne, dark circles, wrinkles, sagging… it was not easy to process that all the advice is true. If you are under 30 with no solid skincare routine, GET IT FIGURED OUT because everything is about to change and you don’t want to be like me and have to figure it all out after the fact.
Now- I’m willing to try just about anything once, and while I’d tried other Mary’s Products (all of which I have genuinely loved, one may have saved my life but that’s another story) the Hair Max is obviously not the cheapest version of “a product like this” so I tried a bunch of others that were disappointing to say the least.
I didn’t have high hopes when I decided to give it a try, but it was on a decent sale and I didn’t know another option that was cheaper so I tried it. Y’ALL.
I notice when I take it, and when I’ve forgotten. My skin is looking more alive & youthful in general, and I’ve only gotten halfway through the first bottle. It helps me feel better. It helps me sleep better. My hair is coming back to the mane it was before I got sick. And it is a lovely little before~bed treat, I eat a spoonful and it’s honestly the tastiest thing I could imagine for being a vitamin paste.

I’ve been using this for a month, and I posted the photos to show what I’ve noticed since starting it. I do feel like my hair is thicker, not any longer, so maybe it’s helping. My hairstylist says she definitely notices a difference. I’m going to continue taking this product, I’m excited about it actually!! The taste isn’t “horrible”, but it does taste extremely sweet, but I just deal with it. I’d rather it taste too sweet than like a nasty vitamin flavor! I hate that it’s so expensive but I do feel like there’s a lot of potential for this to be an amazing product! I would recommend it!

Seeing results but it is taking some time. In the beginning saw a slight result but not sure if it became stagnant w my hair growing after taking it for over 2 months.
