I actually take first thing in the morning just twice a week with a 20 ounce glass of water. Don’t believe in using everyday but a couple of times a week first thing cleans things out!

I really like the taste of this product. It can be taken with or without water. So far i do notice the difference in how I’m feeling. But still need more time to continue experiencing the changes.

I ordered this supplement because 1. I was thrilled to find a sublingual milk thistle supplement and, 2. This is a certified organic supplement. Additionally, I have ordered several other sublingual supplements from this company in the past and have been very pleased with their products overall. This one also did not disappoint.
As with their other products, this supplement is stored and shipped in a dark GLASS tincture bottle with a glass dropper. That’s a big plus as far as I am concerned. The drawback is that the dropper is not marked with measuring lines, so unless you find another way to measure 30ml, you’ll need to count drops for dosing (REALLY wish MaryRuth’s would put measuring lines on all their droppers). The flavor of this milk thistle is pleasant. Light, no slimy feel, no weird aftertaste. I did not experience any stomach upset with this supplement at all or any other unusual side effect. I have been taking this supplement for about a week now and so far it seems to be working well for me. I had been taking another non-organic milk thistle in capsule form which was not working well for me and had low absorption– evidenced by the increasing dark spots on the backs of my hands indicating increasing toxicity. In the week I have been taking this, most of those emerging dark spots have since disappeared (your result may not be the same as soon if you have never been on a milk thistle supplement… might take longer… ).
Overall I am very pleased with this supplement and will likely purchase again. Highly recommend for overall quality and efficacy, but 4 stars for the lack of measuring on the dropper.

I love Mary Ruth’s Milk Thistle. I have gotten this product multiple times and every time it’s always top quality. It has really helped me tremendously and I have seen a difference in my health. Only thing I don’t like is that it sales out so fast. So you definitely half to grab a few at a time. But is worth the money and highly recommend it!
