I was using the neutrogena light cleansing oil for about 10 yrs (give/take) & it always was great for getting EVERYTHING off my face, including the most stubborn waterproof mascara & eyeliner! It never left behind a trace of dirt or makeup, nor was there ever that gross layer of film that some oil cleansers can leave behind on the skin🤮,- they force you re wash your face w/a different cleanser (total PIA for me). But as I’ve gotten older, i noticed the Neutrogena was leaving my skin feeling stripped & very parched afterwards. So I decided to look for another oil cleanser that offered everything the Neutrogena did but without that stripped, parched feeling. I totally found it w/the Mario Badescu! I fell in LOVE after the 1st time & around the same price. It’s every bit as good but no stripped or patched feeling afterwards. I don’t HAVE to double cleanse (I know many people do). This has replaced the neutrogena. This is my 2nd bottle, I wanted to be sure about it before posting a review.

After my go to oil cleanser jumped from $11 to $35 i thank god i found this. The ingredients are clean, i checked them with multiple websites, and its affordable and effective. You should still follow up with a regular cleanser however there have been times when i just used this and my skin lived. Has not broke out my skin or gave any weird texture. Love <3

I love this face cleansing oil and use it exclusively. However, when my order came this time, it was in a mailer and the top was not screwed on completely. The result was loss of product and an oily mess. Someone needs to tell the packers that this belongs in a box.
