First off the product is phenomenal & u can feel the Land 🇬🇭 w/ this. The way it melts in the hands and moisturizes and softens the skin is like no other.
The fresh smoky, nutty scent made my eyebrows raise a little, as it was something new for me and I had to do a little research. My yellow smelled more like a faint clay smell, the white has the same faint clay smell but with a touch of a slightly present smoky scent, and as I have discovered through research , THIS MEANS YOU HAVE THE RAW REALL DEALL. They roast the shea seeds over a fire in the buttering process and that’s what makes that woody smoky scent. Smelling straight out the jar, of course you’re smelling a much more concentrated version of the smell, but I highly doubt you would be putting the whole tub on u 😏. The smell won’t be that concentrated on a small peace & A small chunk goes a long way(I got the chunky version although I thought I was getting the butter paste version, I don’t regret what I got by any means). I put on a lotion by a brand that starts with “SheaMoi*****” (not sure if I can post other brands on a review) , and it’s the scent that is “coconut milk and acacia Senegal 🇸🇳,”!! It’s fire yall, and dissipates any smokiness from the shea butter if you didn’t want that(even though it’s not noticeable on the skin) and leaves you with a lingering smell of a splash of coconut on soft amazing skin. Game changer.
I’m Sure it works well on many skin types, but I can say it’s definitely an A+++++++ on my melanated skin🖤 Brings life To the glow,

Very good shea butter. I melted and it down and made whipped shea butter just so it was easier to use. Has nice shine without a greasy feel.

Biggest problem I have is I can’t stop buying it! It’s super smooth and melts into my skin like butter. I use this everyday when I get out of the shower while I’m damp to help absorb. This I must say is a must have in my daily routine.

I originally purchased this to stimulate hair growth for my beard which I am a first-time beard grower as a Senior Citizen. It hasn’t had much effect on my beard but started using it has hair product instead of products I’ve used for years like Murrays, Sporting Waves etc … Well the Shea Butter is thickening up my thinning hair on top of my head.
