Hard to spread at room temperature. Needs quite a bit of heating up before it’s soft enough for use. I surprisingly found it drying after a few hours on my skin. But it’s good value for money; I don’t know what to do with the rest of the jar.

I have been using Shea butter for about 20 years and this is one of the greatest qualities of them that I’ve ever used.
Forget what you heard on some of these reviews!!! Glad that I didn’t listen to them.

Critic is me –
I bought a different brand of Shea butter and it was more smooth, but more costly. This one works just as well its just a little more granually but so what it still melts down in your hands and I dont have to feel like i have to conserve on product because it so reasonably priced. It does however take a while to sink into the skin. My feet are cracked and that is really why I use it. I really prefer Flexitol for my feet. But this fills in for that once in awhile.

I was buying from Etsy until I got a very large, very smelly batch of butter from a company that wouldn’t let me refund and needed to get butter from a trusted company. Read the reviews here and they did not disappoint – this butter went above and beyond my expectations! Smelled great, felt great on the skin, and whipped beeaaauuutifully. They have a customer in me for GOOD!

I’ve searching for shea butter skin care brands and everytime I looked in the reviews spot I see a whole bunch of bad stuff but this brand reviews are just unlucky containers so I tried and I loved it it made my skin feel so soft and the color was right on the dot. The scent made me remember my childhood due me wearing shea butter all the time when I was young, it absorbed so well and the ease of application wasn’t as hard as other brands this one melts like it should easily. Thank you I will be ordering again

This actually came damaged as it was sent in padded envelope rather than a box and the container was smashed. I contacted the seller that I didn’t need a refund and I could move it to a different container, but in the future they should probably send it in a box and not an envelope. They refunded me which is not what I wanted but I am grateful. However, the product was also much greasier than I’ve had in the past, I’ve bought from them several times and the formula seems different. I’m used to it being more waxy than oily, So I will re-order and hope I get a better batch.
